Is there a 0 star rating? I placed an order for an "in stock" prom dress and 2 days later, due to "unforeseen circumstances" the order was CANCELLED. Once is bad enough. But it happened again! My daughter chose another dress, ordered it and again, cancelled by Windsor 2 days later.

The girl at the fitting rooms is so rude and has such a bad attitude. I stepped into the fitting room to help my sister zipper up a dress and the girl yells out “One person at a time. I already told you that” when she actually spoke to another group of girls and I wasn’t in the room for more than 10 seconds.

Went to this store for the first time last weekend to buy my daughter a dress for a dance. Everyone there was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. I was told I could exchange it when I bought it. I brought it back and they told me no exchanges or returns on special occasion dresses. I told the manager no one told me that before buying the dress. She got smart with me and said see it’s on the receipt. I said I should have been told that before buying the dress. So now I’m stuck with $100 dress. I will never buy from them again. This was at Opry Mills mall. Horrible service!

The online system is horrible. The office hours they post are not accurate. We called multiple times before 5pm and nobody answered. Tracking said it should have been delivered today but it didn't show up.

Now that I’m here actually looking at reviews, I’m not at all surprised that I’ve had horrible experiences. I used to be a huge Windsor fan until recently. The straw that broke the camel’s back with me is when I took my purchase back with the tags attached (I dropped my receipt somewhere in between the parking lot going into the store) no receipt and the clerk told me without a receipt the price automatically goes down for the amount I’ll get back for a refund but she put it right back on the floor to be sold as the same price I purchased it for. That’s scam behavior. Listen ladies there are better stores out there that’ll actually deliver in style and treat their customers right. Windsor and their scammy practices won’t get another penny from me. With luck, they’ll be out of business soon.

Purchased an item online for my daughter for Christmas. It did not work and so to avoid paying shipping fees again to send back, returned to a store here in my city. Original shipping charges were taken out, which I understand, but I was not refunded the original amount I paid for the actual item, despite the cashier entering in the order number from the online order. I contacted Windsor customer service online and was told there was nothing they could do about it since it was returned in the store. Needless to say this will be my first and last time every purchasing something from this company. I should have come here to read the reviews before every making a purchase in the first place. Buyer beware.

I keep reaching out via email and telephone, they aren't cooperating with a return to my banking, of almost 250.00 in return.

Joanna keeps giving me the run around as do their other bs customer service reps. Give me my damn money already!

I wish I could give this company a minus!! Package has just not arrived. Every time I email for customer service I just get automatic replies.
Customer service is non existent. I wish I had of read these reviews before ordering. I would never had ordered from this third rate company.

My daughters went in the Manchester N.H. location. They were approached by Renee the store Manager and were told "I am not your mother and you need to pick up the fitting room". This person should not be dealing with customers. I could go on and on as there was so much more said but I believe anyone reading this can get the idea. I have reached out to the district manager and plan to keep reaching out as I would love to speak to the CEO of this company as they would be horrified knowing how the manager speaks to customers. As a business owner, I would want to know and take action as to not loose all my customers!!

Bought for high school dance and fits me perfectly - came almost a week before the expected delivery to the UK! Couldn't recommend more. The quality is amazing for the price and not see-through at all although is a little thin but I prefer that in a dress. Customer service team also got back to me quickly - within a day about an inquiry I had about my order, were very helpful and professional. Thank you!!!

They sent my order to the wrong address (so they say they sent it…). The neighbors say they never received a package. I told Windsor to give me a refund & they refused. I will dispute with my credit card company. This was supposed to be my Halloween Costume 🥲. And yes, customer service is non-existent. Would give “0” star if possible.

Would give no stars if I could ordered a dress for my birthday and paid for it has constantly said order can’t be found ive emailed them multiple time and got the same generic response what the hell do not order from here !!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a romper super cute! I wore it once and the strap ripped I went into the store they told me they couldn’t accept damaged product and I paid 23.95 for next day shipping total was 68.85. I’m sorry if your product isn’t going to last the least you could do it let there be an exchange for it. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

I have been waiting weeks for a package that now appears to be lost with fedex, even though I paid extra for shipping. I contacted the company for a shipping refund which took them a while to take care of. I have now had to explain to multiple different customer service reps the situation as I keep receiving generic emails on my missing order. So far, they have been far from helpful and I have initiated a dispute with my credit card to ensure I receive a refund.

Absolutely horrific service and will never order from here again, let alone go into their poorly organized stores.

When I ordered online, the package took almost two weeks to come. When it did arrive, the merchandise was not as durable as I had hoped. Overall I will never shop here again and would prefer to spend the same money on other retail stores. If you want trendy clothing, I would not suggest this site based on material alone. But if you want cheaper but suitable clothing, go to a thrift store, Goodwill, Ross, and Burlington, if you want a bargain. In addition, customer service is of no help they will not even acknowledge their wrongdoing or make up excuses. Thanks for reading. I hope this has helped you.

Beautiful inexpensive cocktail dress. But shopping at store was a nightmare. Customer service is terrible, sales clerks were downright rude and we had to stand in a long line just to try on dresses.

I placed an order on 9/19 and I PAID EXTRA for faster shipping. My package was supposed to arrive by 9/24 the latest, but Windsor emailed me on 9/23 saying it wouldn't come in until 9/30.

My birthday is on 9/27 and I was planning on wearing my items for that day. Now I'm going to have to go find something else last minute. They said they can't cancel the order once it's been processed, which I understand.

However, in order to return the items I would need to pay for shipping AGAIN, which I am not going to do. I think they should cancel the order since I won't be needing the items by the time they come in, or at the very least, refund me for the extra shipping that I paid as well as pay for the return shipping.

There is a store in our city but it was so busy, unorganized and quite small. I ordered my daughters homecoming dress online instead and paid for expedited shipping. Needless to say, here it is 5 days later and still no dress. I was refunded the shipping, ok, great but, if the dress doesn’t fit or look right, we have less than a few hours to find something else. I’m really sad for her because she’s a sophomore and Covid stopped her from being able to go last year so this is her first and this is her experience?!?

Their customer service and return policy could be better, I don’t like that sales are final on their sale stuff because a lot of companies aren’t like that anymore, and I don’t like that you only have a few days after your package arrives to report if something is wrong with your order, but they have really nice things

Ordered 5 dresses/rompers & some lingerie on aug. 11th for my boyfriends birthday aug. 18th, a wedding aug. 20th & a bridal shower aug. 21st. Still haven’t received my order…… save your money.
