Their website is easy to use, and the wine came quickly and was well packaged. Not only would I not hesitate to use them again, I actually have. Like your focus on featuring specific categories of wine with additional editorial content in your emails. This aligns with how I typically shop for wine/buy wine. Website also give me opportunity to shop differently (which is also good). Like having access to wines not often available from wine stores and/or reputable online wine sellers (e.g. champagne offerings) as I would not typically trust most online sellers. Have gotten bad bottles many times before (like the "cold storage" chain of custody idea that you discuss). Your checkout experience needs improvement (slow, hard to navigate, not integrated well with flow of shopping on the site) and pricing is sometimes a little bit high, but overall a great experience. Shipping is very professional and quick as well.

The Wine Cellarage has unparalleled resources, but with the ease and convenience as if you're ordering from your local wine shop. I have always been completely satisfied with my orders, and they show up at my door in perfect condition.
