Missing shipment issue handled promptly and effectively
Once again FedEx has manhandled my wine shipment. FedEx never tells you there's a problem only that there's a shipment exception. I called Wine Insiders and they took care of the issue and replaced the damaged shipment quickly. Thank you very much!
Incorrect address
I mistakenly had the wine shipped to our home instead of my office, which requires a signature upon delivery. Thankfully, Wine Insiders' customer service responded within minutes and quickly resolved the issue. We've consistently had excellent experiences with them!

Had some communication issues
Had some communication issues. Never received word that wine was delivered, to a hold location,but in checking found that it actually was. I believe the problem was actually with FedEx, not with wine insiders. Jonel at WI was very helpful in tracking it down.
Return to vendors
I had to return 2 cases of wine since I had an emergency.
After one call and a few emails , John professionalism took care of it and he was on top of it , kept me in the loop of the situation .
So John, I hope you read this note or someone show it to you .. but you are a true professional guy and I want you to be recognized.
Also, clients are so quick to write a bad review for anything, but rarely write about something good about it.

There was some confusion with my order
There was some confusion with my order, because a red flag came up saying that the shipper was not authorized in New. York. However, a call to Wineinsiders representative fixed that error in a jiffy. She was efficient and courteous.
Order update
Eula took my call and was excellent. Very responsive and provided an update on shipping. Excellent job.
Bottle Tampering
Received a bottle that clearly had been tampered with, foil and cork removed and re-corked. Took repeated calls to received a call from Management, when they did call they took no responsibility or offered a reasonable compensation to regain trust in this company. Long time customer - no more!
Part of my last shipment is missing
Part of my last shipment is missing. The part that I did receive was dropped at a nearby address. Called customer service and was told I would hear back. Nothing. Called customer service a week later and was hung up on after being told I was responsible for shipping error! Third customer service rep negotiated a credit for the missing bottles but days have passed and no credit. I have been a long time customer and the unhelpful attitudes at customer service are a brand new approach. In the past I thought the customer service was one of WI strengths. No more.

I purchased the wine through Frontier…
I purchased the wine through Frontier Airlines’ website specifically because it stated I would receive 5,000 Frontier miles through Vinesse Wines. The promotion was clearly active at the time, and it’s still being advertised on Frontier’s site right now. After a month of contacting Frontier Airlines and Vinesse Wines, I was told by Vinesse the partnership has ended — however, I made my purchase based on that advertised agreement, and it’s the responsibility of your company to honor the terms that were publicly promoted at the time. I called Vinesse, I was told I was to wait for an email follow up. Didn’t receive anything so I called again. I was told they would not honor my 5k miles but would credit my Vinesse account $15!
I let Karen from Vinesse know I would file a complaint with the DOT, BBB, and Frontier Airlines corporate.
She still refused to honor my request.

This is the first time we will receive a shipment from wine insiders. I received a notification that a delivery was coming, but we were going to be out of the state and unable to receive it. A quick chat with Jennifer resolved the delivery date problem. This was so easy, and I appreciate the immediate service.
3 years of great wines
I have been ordering for 3 years from Wine Insiders. Great wine at great prices. On days when there are big sales, I have had problems ordering thru the website, but calling customer service always resolves the issue quickly and I get to speak to really pleasant customer service reps. I have tried several different wine clubs, and have found that Wine Insiders is consistently the best wines, best prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Per Fed Ex’s tracking
Per Fed Ex’s tracking, they broke one shipment, and then lost the replacement shipment. Without blaming anyone, customer service (Patty and others) acknowledged there was a problem and presented me with a choice of solutions to best satisfy me. The third attempt arrived over the weekend and today they followed up to be sure I was totally satisfied.
