I placed my first order on line. I realized right away that I would not be home for the delivery which was before Labour Day. I live in a new building with unreliable concierge service. So I called immediately and asked for a delivery after the Labour Day. I was told no problem. My box however, was delivered before the Labour Day when I was not there to get it. Unfortunately, it "walked away". After initial denial and saying there were no notes on file, WineOnLine took the responsibility and replaced the order. I appreciate that. I am a customer going forward. I deducted one star because it took me several phone calls, emails, and further escalation to get this resolved. I understand they have to make sure I am not taking advantage of them, yet it was somewhat frustrating experience.
