Winged Boots are not a travel agency, they are personalised holiday provider; at least that’s how I view them. They don’t sell you a holiday, they learn about you, your family, your preferences down to detail and only then provide a list of holiday experiences you’re more likely to like. For example, think Dubai…. Most people will assume Atlantis is the place to go, but Jack knows our preferences and advises against it. We visited for the day instead and loved the water park but absolutely wouldn’t be right for us to stay there.

We have never failed to enjoy a holiday booked via Winged Boots.

I’ve used Winged boots for what feels like forever. The service is next to none and they really do everything to make sure your holiday is great from the moment you contact them. Prompt responses and each staff is knowledgable to the destination, your looking for. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our Travel Manager , Jack Stean , organised a fabulous trip for us from our initial input , with suggestions on optimising it as we went along. The trip was incredible , though our return flight got cancelled for no reason but within a few hours ( even with time difference) Jack had got us booked on the next flight that we wanted , rather than accepting the airlines offer

Book the hotel of our choice .
Unfortunately on receipt of our tickets , the return flight was to Birmingham ? Their explanation from Winged boots was that Emirates had done a schedule change , and we were just unlucky and could of ended up in Glasgow. This was not the case , The flight did go back to Manchester as scheduled and with spaces in business class . Emirates did not know of any schedule change. So Winged Boots ...Not the best.

Winged Boots (more specifically Michelle) were professional from start to finish! With 16 people travelling, the booking wasn’t easy but were never made to feel an inconvenience. Would highly recommend!

I used winged boots for my New York trip They were experienced, knolageable and on hand with every question I had they also done all my checking in for us so we just had to turn up. I would definitely recommend this company for any trips you have they are first class.

Claire and the staff at Winged Boots went above and beyond to make sure my trip to NYC was perfect for myself and my 16yr old daughter.
From my first email to my last day in NYC Claire was to hand with tips, help and advice. The Beekman Hotel Claire choose for me was out of this world, I’ve never stayed in such luxury. It was breathtaking. We felt very safe in Down Town New York, away from the hustle and bustle of Time square but in perfect position for Twin tower’s memorial and Brooklyn Bridge. It was perfect. I did not have to do a thing. From my flights, hotel, restaurants and shows it was all taken care of.
I can not recommend Winged Boots enough. I will 💯 be using them again!

Winged Boots were so helpful. We gave them our wishes of things and places we wanted to see and do, and they came up with options and planned accordingly.
The guides had excellent knowledge and answered any questions we had. Both guides in Cambodia and Vietnam were very caring and made sure we felt safe.
The hotels were great, in excellent locations.
Only minor thing was that we were taken to some restaurants in Cambodia that had set menu, which
we weren’t keen on, and staff seemed a bit flustered when we tried to change to main menu. The other thing we noted was that the Cambodians only seem to allow an hour for a meal. This isn’t a reflection on the guides, as we asked, and he said this was normal.

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to mention the below.
We have been using WingedBoots for a couple of years now & have booked several holidays with them. Our initial contact for bookings is Louise Silverman.
Louise has been exceptional with her knowledge of hotels to stay in to help us choose the correct ones for our wishes and budget.
Once booked through Louise we are then handed over and contacted by the Winged Boots Concierge Team.
The 2 people that we have used there are Sophie Azeem & Emy Karvelis. We have found their service to be excellent.
They both go above & beyond our expectations in order to ensure that our holidays are always absolutley perfect, planned down to the last detail for our reservation reqests for restaurants, places to go and emailing the hotels to request our room choice location and restaurants.
No request is too much trouble for any of the team who are a pleaseure to deal with & always ensure that we are not dissapointed with any aspect of our holiday.
I would have absolutley no hesitation in recommending WingBoots.

Our travel consultant Claire was phenomenal cant recommend highly enough. Claire helped with choosing accommodation, our hokiday package and travel advice, resort information and was always extremely responsive and prompt in any communication.
We had some difficulties with our family travel arrangements unforeseen and very close to travel dates. Claire went above and beyond she was highly professional and liaised with our hotel and flight provider. Fantastic company to book a holiday through. All the staff were helpful and professional.
The Ikos hotel was amazing. I don't usually book all inclusive holidays but will do so again. The staff at Winged Boots got all the details 100% perfect and arranged the whole trip so that I didn't have to worry about a thing.
I've recommended this travel agent to all my fiends who value a fantastic holiday experience.
The whole trip also provided excellent value for money and compared well against other travel agents.

I’ve booked with Winged Boots for 15 years and have only ever been delighted with the service and prices.

Prices offered for a number of alternative holidays at different times of year and different airports were competitive and fully explained. It didn’t appear to be too much trouble and responses from the agent Jack Stean ere prompt.

This is the second time I've used Winged Boots and both times the experience has been extremely positive. Dean took care of us this time round and just like our last holiday booked with Charlie everything went perfectly. My calls and emails were always returned swiftly, the girls in the office were always very helpful, the whole process was very easy and will most definitely be using them again. Cant think of one criticism. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience with Winged Boots when organising a special break for our 25th anniversary. They were the only uk agent to offer the hotel we wanted, and helped us book it a year in advance. Flights etc were nor available until 3 months later but Winged Boots handled it all perfectly…hotel, flights, car rental…all sorted. Thanks to all at Winged Boots!
