I just wanted to say a huge big thank you to Winged Boots for the organisation of our Mauritius holiday ! I know it was a big hassle sorting 8 women, dates prices etc but you did it, and everything from flights,transfers,hotel and trips was perfect ...we had an amazing time and Winged Boots deserve the credit for that ...thank you x

Trying to book a holiday for November 2023. I thought I made our requirements clear but when there was no response, I queried this and my @personal Account Manager' got in touch again. We agreed our requirements, he knew he had 10 / 11 days to come back with ideas. He knew I wanted to make a quick decision. I heard nothing - at all. I assume business is exceptional for WEinged Boots as they clearly don't want my money!"

Winged Boots and Michelle provided a very thoughtful service. We looked at lots of really great options to find exactly what the family wanted and then all teh details were taken care of. Great service all the way to arrival at the resort - they care about your holiday, not just your booking. Fab!

I have used Winged Boots for a number of years for both business and personal trips and would highly recommend them. Michelle's knowledge of the destinations and ability to recommend the most suitable hotels, accommodation, restaurants, golf courses and trips is excellent. Michelle is always on hand to deal with unforeseen situations and in October 2021 when we were less than 24 hours from getting on a plane and my daughter tested positive for Covid, Michelle rearranged the trip with absolutely no issue and no penalty.

Louise could not have been more helpful. COVID meant we had to postpone our trip twice and Louise sorted everything out in a very efficient manner. We will definitely be using Winged Boots again.

We have been using winged boots for around 10 months now and it honestly feels like they’ve know us years. After booking and travelling on our first holiday we haven’t looked back. In particular Michelle Martin has been amazing. She just gets it! Listens and asks questions about what we want from a holiday and recommends places we hadn’t thought of before - she thinks about everything that needs booking even restaurant reservations for the first 3 nights in the resort so we didn’t need to think of anything and checking all details to ensure we have the best experience possible- we have since booked another 7 Holidays and short breaks with her!!!!! For the end of this and next year. Nothing is ever too much trouble and even when I’m back and forth with different ideas and options it’s never a problem. We are also given several options on price so we can decide what size best for us for the particular trip in question . Michelles knowledge and expertise is incredible. She always has lots of ideas and options to choose from knowing what we would like: We would never use anyone else and feel lien we’ve know Michelle for years! Absolutely brilliant!

Booked a holiday to Mexico through Charley Curwood. Nothing but friendly and helpful throughout my booking. Once complete we got a hand written note which was a lovely touch.

Just wanted to let you know that we had an AMAZING holiday. Service was impeccable. They were so attentive, food was great, kids had a brilliant time swimming (my son had lessons daily and the girls took a mermaid class!), great fun on the inflatable couch and dinner on the beach was just a beautiful touch watching the sunset. I know it was last minute but we came back relaxed and feeling like we’d truly had a restful holiday. Just wanted to say thank you for helping.

Had a wonderful holiday experience assisted by Dean who was very helpful and found the perfect holiday for me to Bali. Hotels were of exceptional standard and flight and accommodation transfers were all taken care of.

We booked a last minute family holiday, Neill answered and my queries really quickly, and got us sorted with a holiday that we were happy with to suit our budget. Neill was very friendly and efficient throughout. A very easy and positive booking experience 😃🌞

Neil Henderson, has been a delight to talk with. Feeling rather nervous, but determined I was able to put my requirements across, which were met. So - I’ve booked the Maldives .. eek ! Every enquiry I have is greeted with a rapid response- very reassuring when you’re purchasing a big one.

We recently travelled to the Maldives. Our holiday was arranged by Neil Henderson, the most helpful travel advisor I’ve ever spoken to. Neil guided us through every step of the booking and was always at the end of the phone to answer questions and make suggestions. Thank you Neil, we had a wonderful time.

We had a holiday booked for Sri Lanka, however we decided to cancel and book somewhere else. We called and waited for a call back.
Matt called us and asked us where we would like to go. He did some research with the help of his friends and Colleagues and came back with something similar in Indie.
We were so happy that we went ahead with everything.
We then decided that we'd like to book a holiday for our anniversary.
Matt said leave it to him. He came back with an amazing trip of a lifetime for my husband and I.
Nothing is to much bother for these guy's. They will be our go to from now on for our holidays. Amazing customer service and a great banter.
