Where to start, we originally had a family holiday booked through Ocean Florida for my daughters 16th birthday. Along came C19 and that couldn't happen. Our holiday was changed over 4 times in 2 years and we passed over to Louise at winged boots a sister company of OF.
SHE IS AMAZING!
We talked through and planned a couple of different trips C19 depending and with each change of itinerary and plans she seemed genuinely happy to help and support us. Eventually we ended up going to the Maldives and Dubai and after over 2 years of changes and planning we had THE BEST holiday. Even in resort she was available for us and sorted out everything from start to finish.
I don't usually use an agent but i will be using WB / OF and reaching out to Louise to book our future trips.

I cannot begin to thank Michelle enough for all of the help that she has given us in booking our holiday. Having decided to change hotels at our original destination we then decided to change destinations at less than a weeks notice and Michelle could not have been more helpful. We were provided with professional advice to help us decide where to go and where to stay. When our daughter tested positive for Covid 24 hours before we were due to fly Michelle didn't panic and rearranged the entire trip without penalty taking all of the stress out of the situation that we found ourselves in.
