Ordered a shower screen on 3-4 day delivery, no shipping info, chased, no reply, finally got through on a call said would call back, no call back, this went on and on, no delivery, and had to get the money back via CC company. Awful company.

I still have not received what I have ordered and it is way past the delivery time estimated. I have received no contact from Wise Bathrooms as to why my order has not been dispatched. In general a pretty poor experience.

If you want to deal with people who have no consideration for customer care and fail to communicate then these are the people to buy from.
Ordered a specific mirror on 13 Feb on a 7/10 day delivery. Rang numerous occasions chasing them and finally received on 21 March (9 weeks after placing order) yet they actually sent the wrong mirror. They collected on 25 March and the refund was finally made on 7 April. The overall experience of dealing with this company was beyond a joke and no idea how they can run a business without any due care or attention to the customer needs.

I ordered a shower enclosure on the 7th of Feb with delivery stated as 4-6 working days. Nothing received no reply to email. Eventually spoke with someone who said they had supply issues but it would definitely be delivered the following week. Still nothing. I’ve given up trying to get through on the telephone. Have requested a refund via Paypal who have messaged Wise bathrooms 2-3 weeks ago and they are still waiting for a response. I want the money back so I can order elsewhere and finish my bathroom. Avoid this company

I previously reviewed this company with a single star as the customer service was so poor and my order wasn’t completely fulfilled. They reached out to me this week and offered to give me a partial refund for the items that weren’t delivered if I removed my review. I agreed, removed the original review and have upped my rating by a couple of stars because I was satisfied with the final result. However, I am not convinced I would have been offered the refund if it weren’t for my original review and I still had to wait 3 months for everything to be resolved. So for me, the company failed to impress and I will go elsewhere in the future.

I purchased a pure toilet seat, was sceptical at first especially with the reviews but I have to say the toilet seat was delivered to Essex within the timeframe stated. Excellent service, I would definitely shop with them again

Waiting for delivery of a bathroom basin - impossible to get through to on phone. When I did eventually speak to someone, very casual response, said they'd check warehouse and let me know a delivery date. Nothing. No replies to my emails. I've been scammed. Will report. Photographs of their office (disused derelict building) and warehouse a joke! This is not a genuine website £426 scammed.

Found this site had competitive prices and fast delivery. They will take care of your query with care and courtesy. Even their chosen delivery driver was lovely. I highly recommend them.

I was looking online to buy the full bathroom set for my new bathroom and I came across this website, I liked the items they were selling so I contacted them and I made an order for £1285. The guy I spoke to named Asad convinced me me to buy from them with an extra discount. After I paid for the items I had problem to receive confirmation for the delivery day and to receive any track number. Calling them constantly all week I did manage to arrange a delivery for 07/03/25. Still I never received any confirmation with the tracking number. In the morning I received a private call which it was the courier saying that the items will be delivered to me by today between 4-6pm. I was waiting at home all evening with nobody showed up. I believe these people are fake and they just take money from customers without delivering the goods. Also I have found out that they have an other website called: Prime bathrooms, same people, same company. I will never trust anything from website before I have done my full research

Nothing good to write, shocking customer service, that’s if they even answer the phone! No reply to emails, had to escalate to PayPal, don’t order from this website unless you want to spend hours chasing the order!

The soft close toilet seat is a replacement for one I bought >10 years ago. Very pleased to find a company that has one in stock. Thought it would cost more tbh!

After ordering a wall-hung vanity unit, the only email I received was a confirmation of purchase—no updates, no dispatch details. When I started chasing customer support, my emails went unanswered, and getting through on the phone was nearly impossible. After multiple attempts, I finally reached someone, only to be told that the item had been damaged in transit. It wasn’t until I mentioned reporting the issue as fraudulent activity that the matter was escalated to a manager, Andy, who eventually got it sorted and arranged for a redelivery. The entire process took about three months. I would not recommend this company and will never purchase from them again. The only positive aspect of this experience was Andy, who ultimately stepped in and resolved this.

A wrong item sent and can’t get hold of them after various attempts.

Placed an order impossible to get a delivery date sent two emails left messages no one calls you back spent over an hour on three separate occasions on the phone .
Hopefully I will get my delivery soon as it is now over the expected time they stated
Finally order received after getting through to Andy I initially gave one star because of lack of communication please answer emails and call customers back. I will give three stars because of Andy he has called today to make sure delivery was expected. thank you Andy .

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. How they have managed to scam so many people is mind-boggling. I have been trying to chase up my order for months, emails and calls go unanswered. Do not use this company if you do not want to be scammed.

Absolutely appalling, take your money and have no customer service my item never arrived and can’t even get in contact with them, if you don’t want scamming don’t buy from these people.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This company is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to deal with. They are selling products they don’t even have in stock, and unfortunately, I found this out the hard way.

I purchased a bathroom products over a month ago, and I’m still waiting. Despite being told repeatedly that my order has been dispatched, it never arrives.

Their customer service is non-existent. I have spent hours trying to get through to them on the phone, by email and on webchat, but no one ever answers or replies. After more than 20 minutes of waiting on the phone, I’m met with an automated message and then disconnected. It’s beyond frustrating.

What makes it worse is the lack of any apology, follow-up, or accountability once you finally do manage to speak to someone. The ARROGANCE of this company is ASTONISHING. They clearly do not care about their customers or the inconvenience they cause.

Looking at their glowing 5-star reviews, it’s hard to believe they’re genuine. Either these reviews are completely fabricated or bought, because there is NO WAY they reflect the reality of the experience I—and many others—have had with this company.

I REGRET not doing my research before purchasing, and I hope my review helps others avoid making the same mistake. Please, if you’re considering ordering from this company—DON’T. You’ll save yourself a lot of time, stress, and frustration.
