Still new but very good service

Had a great experience with Wisr when organising a personal loan. Their process was easy, information flowed promptly and their technology was very simple to use. The App is also easy to use to manage my loan. Overall a great experience and competitive rate.

I can't fault the experience from initial application, to some questions that need to be clarified, contact with the staff there at wiser, or depositing the funds into my bank account. From start to finish it was seamless process, funds in my account within a few days. Absolutely no issues. Can't recommend it highly enough, based on my personal experience.

This is my second loan through wisr, first for a car and now for medical reasons, and I must say they are so easy to deal with, my broker had a turnaround of less then 24hours of submitting my loan, getting an approval and the money in my account same day, wisr are very quick and get the job done, even my broker was suprised how quick the turnaround was. The wisr app is so easy to use and understand, I love that you can check your credit score on it also. I have never actually had to call wisr for anything as everything has always been easy and set up at the start of loan or shown in the app.

First time in using Wisr and everything was so smooth. I’ve had no problems from the start and would recommend Wisr to anyone. I hope to use you again in the future. Keep up the good work thanks Stuart

It took 7 days (2 weekend days) for final approval. Sent dealer invoice on day 2 apparently vin was wrong but got told 4 days later not including weekend, when I got told email just said to send a amended one and to the dealer it was correct so sent more to finally get a call. That's one thing. Then 3 days after start, I get asked who is other people on Medicare card, my older kids when I said I had no dependence. Could asked day after I sent it. Forgot to add my bank account on my online account not app but all they could do was repeatedly send a link for upload which I did 6 times, sent copy of statement from app all sorts of things, but every time I rang I never got to speak to my person and one I rang twice to make sure what I sent was right but never got a email till 4pm saying it was all wrong. Then you wanted to know about my living spending, well I live in a tent and I keep buying bad cars from market place and the one I'm driving I can't put in my name so no rego no insurance and no rent. And then to ask about Medicare card when one son is looked after by NDIS. Just asking a bit to much I think, I was like what else do you need to know like what I ate, nothing cause you guys were driving me crazy. So anxious never been like that I wish it was a smoother ride.
Bad communication I was a wreak and lost heaps of weight cause I've never done this before but you people just took so long and kept wanting more and .ore info. Not even saying to send in pdf just saying oh we can't read it days later, it has to be pdf. I was crying so much as I went to the dealer the first day I applied got invoice did all paperwork, so everyday you stalled me I had to keep apologising so I was just lucky he kept it for me cause he knew how much I wanted it.
Even the car dealer said he never had a customer with so much problems as with Wisr. Now I'm a expert and know what to do what and how to upload and to double check everything.

Great speed and hassle free approved in a day and a half

I originally applied with Wisr as clear score suggested to apply with them, i also had a friend say she got a loan with them once but the process took long. After looking at my options i decided to apply.

The process took 10 days but i finally got the APPROVED in the end at 5:30pm on a Monday advising me that they require further documents like the payout letters for the consolidation which i sent straight away. I was so happy!!

The next day i called to follow up on receiving the contract to sign and they advised me it was now declined- They changed their mind.

I was so dishearten going to sleep relieved and waking up to a no. Its not worth the headache, i would apply elsewhere.

I applied with my bank that same day wisr did this to me and they approved me within 2 hours- interest rate is a tiny bit higher than Wisr but wow the anxiety that i received calling them for those 14 days was not worth anyone's time. I'm happy to pay a tiny bit more of a repayment elsewhere then to have this company in my life for the next 5 years!

Positive I did speak to an amazing staff member like Felix who attempted to help me the best he can. Other staff were very condescending and sounded like i was just another loan ID call they didn't care about.

I ended up getting a generic email apologising that it was declined.
I did get a second review after the escalation and i spoke with Thomas who said sorry we wont be going ahead. So the approval i got was not even real. No explanation just that we wont be going ahead.
