Shelbi Nunrey got me interested in Elara. I came across her on IG. I knew ZERO about these injections, hadn't even given them a thought. I was just curious, I had heard good and negative things about these injections so I was cautious and not really looking. I reached out to Shelby in Nov 25' and she answered all of my concerns and questions. Since I've struggled with losing weight for many years while keeping calories decent to low and working out, I thought I would do one last thing, give this a go. Maybe this time I’ll be able to FINALLY lose some much needed weight. A lot of weight if I’m being honest - 100+ pounds.
Well, because of Shelbi I'm now 4 months in. The food noise is gone which is so so wonderful. I’ve lost about 25 pounds to date.
Customer support has been there and answered all of my questions too. For me the weight-loss is slow, I was already eating 1,500/1,800 calories a day , now I’m consuming a bit less but I reach for protein first and I’m making sure I’m drinking my 3L H2O a day with electrolytes. I haven’t had any negative side effects at all!! Ive heard about them but so far I’ve had a terrific experience overall. I’ve lost interest in cooking these elaborate meals, food is just at the back burner now. Well, It’s nice not being hungry all the time, food freedom is wonderful! I’m very happy with Elara, nothing but positivity all around.

The customer service at Elara was wonderful today!! There was a little mixup regarding my plan, and was charged twice, however, they reviewed my account promptly, realized that a mistake was made and made it right immediately! They were so kind and professional and I really appreciate the way they handled it!

Intake form was fast and easy. Provider responded almost immediately and prescription was quickly sent to the pharmacy. Pharmacy did not ship product overnight and shipment took 4 days which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully this will not be the standard, especially in the summer!

Placed an order for glp 1 on 12/29/25 and I still haven’t received it. I figured it was a delay due to the holiday and ordered a peptide. I received the peptide two days later but the pharmacy shipped it under the glp1 tracking. So it looks like I received the glp1 but the peptide I have and was still pending on my account as ‘sent to pharmacy. Today I look and the entire account is cleared. Nothing fixed. No record of anything. Man reps saying they will ship it soon but never a time frame or date or tracking number. Now a week later, no one is responding to my messages. I can understand delays when they are mentioned upfront. Don’t take my money and pretend to have something you don’t. My bank denied the dispute twice.
February 6th I found a chat system via sms and received a call instantly. I received great help and support and also a call from Salma and received all products a week or so later.

I ordered my medicine on January 23. I was supposed to be here today on the 28th but it’s still not here at my house and it says no date that it will be here.

So everything started great. Approval and shipping was quick. Im starting month 3 soon and I've been trying to get advice or anything at this point from the doctor. First month was good. Helped with cravings but Im not feeling anything from my medication anymore and absolutely no one has helped. My questions have been ignored except an simple admin reply of " your dosage can increase every 4 weeks." Im canceling but haven't found a manage membership on the app so I sent a message to support. Doubt I will hear anything back for a while.

Salma, the customer relations director, is amazing at communicating and resolution. So far, my experience with Elara has been positive because of her. My questions were answered, communication was excellent and the orders have been shipped quickly. I have lost 27lbs since October (it's now Jan).
