Since my last review I have now been contacted directly from a manager named Salma. She has gone above and beyond to fix the issue I was having with the wrong medication sent. Salma spent 20 minutes on the phone with me going over everything that happened and immediately placed a new order with the correct medication. It is now on its way free of charge. I chose Elara because it’s a small company owned by women. Accidents happen. The issue I had originally was that nobody was responding to me and I was starting to feel like there were no humans at this company and I was getting lost at sea in bot land. Because of the care I have now been shown with direct contact from a human being, and as long as my prescriptions keep coming the way they should, I will stay with this company. Salma explained to me that they have doubled in size over the holidays, causing the mistake with my medication. I decided to keep the original review on here to show people how the company stepped up to help me and fix the problem. I feel that is more important than removing a bad review which did not feel in integrity. It’s always a red flag to me with any company or business that you’re dealing with, if there are only positive reviews that’s not real.

I started with this company 2 months ago & at first everything was great. The chat in the patient portal was prompt at answering any questions I had until they sent me the wrong medication. Now it’s impossible to get anyone to help me. I was supposed to receive an increased dose with B12 added and that’s what it says on the receipt but that’s not what they sent me. Instead they sent me the previous dose that I already had. When I contact support they tell me to contact the doctor and the doctor chat tells me to contact support. I have reached out my email with no response. And lastly, the phone number hangs up on you no matter which prompt you use. I am beyond frustrated. I have now looked through the patient portal and website to see how to cancel my service and cannot find any option to cancel??

The experience was great. Fast approval and shipping. I ordered Lipo C and the medication works great. The reason why I gave a 4 and not a 5 five star was due to the provider response when I had a question. It has been over a week. I still have no response. I don’t know if I’m working with one responder who has like access to the chat or if like any provider can login look at the chat and answer the question I would say that is the only downside for me personally.

Once they get your money, communication becomes very poor. For over a week now I have been trying to get my next order ready and there's just a horrible disconnect between company and customer. You can call them as they claim, but when you call not only do they give you a recording how caring they are and how they really are here for you, you only have two choices. You can choose prompt one for sales or prompt to for after sales. Neither of them get you anywhere. One of them tells you to go right to the website and use the useless chat box. And the other one just hangs up on you. I tried over a dozen times in the past few days. It's what happens. It just seems like shady Behavior and I'm glad that I have everything in writing. So if you're okay with zero customer service or with very confusing chat boxes where the doctor tells you to talk to the support team and support team tells you to talk to the doctor or ignores you, then this place is for you

2nd & FINAL UODATE 1/17/26: My issue has finally been completely resolved, thanks to Salma. She followed through and did exactly what she told me she would do in resolving my problem. She is also passing on to her team my feedback on what I feel could prevent this from happening to someone else in the future. Elara has earned my confidence.
UPDATE 1/12/26: After some persistence, my issue was escalated to Salma Lattif. Director of Customer Support, and we had a wonderful and fruitful conversation. She has been nothing but amazing in assisting me. This very professional, caring kind lady has helped me finally get a resolution to my issue. As of now, we are halfway through the process of complete closure of the matter. I honestly feel this happened because I was finally able to talk with someone person to person. Salma has acted quickly and stayed true to her word and I have the utmost confidence in what she is telling me. She is a great asset to Elara and made me feel she genuinely cared. Keep checking my review for the final outcome.

I decided to use this company instead of the one I had been using for weight loss, upon recommendation from a friend. My experience has been terrible! Cannot reach a human to help me. They seem to be ignoring me even though my problem was supposedly being handled by the director of customer support, who now will not even respond to my email. They signed me up for something in addition to what I requested and wanted because of an issue with the platform. Ten minutes after the Dr said he “approved” me for that I specifically told him I did NOT want it, do NOT send it and do NOT charge my credit card. They charged me $149 for that anyway. It had never been shipped and they would not refund my money and sent it anyway. They sent me something I had to trash. I am now out over $300 for nothing. On top of all of that, when preparing for my first injection I had everything out and was looking for the “stickers” instructions stated to put on the cap after opening. The bottle fell into the floor and busted with all meds coming out before I even took the first shot. No help, no response, when I called the pharmacy they told me I really didn’t need to use those anyway. I had messaged through the platform and they didn’t respond about it until a day later and said I didn’t really need to use the stickers. I have to pay for another bottle to replace it and they are still not refunding for the meds I did not want that they charged me for.
While I do appreciate that someone from Elara finally responded below, there are some details they did omit about their ordering process and exactly what happened. Had the Dr have contacted me by phone, as I asked in my response to the Dr when I was questioning the scrip in the chat of December 25, this negative review may have never been necessary. I hope no others have a bad experience like I and some other folks have had with Elara and I am hoping they care enough to make things right.

Made the switch to a new provider and chose Elara. I am shocked at how fast, easy and smooth this process was! Their service is excellent & the Dr responds quickly to any questions you may have thru your patient portal that’s an app. Quality GLP1 such as Tirzepatide or Semiglutide. Other peptides too, all from from a 503a pharmacy. Low prices w no membership fee. As a new patient I ordered my meds on a Thursday evening and had meds at my door thru UPS the following Monday morning.
