Faye was extremely simple to use

Faye was extremely simple to use. I liked that they kept track of all my flight statuses and sent push notifications when to check in and if there were any delays or changes. Great value add for a travel insurance app!

Name change on a policy

Had to make a name change on a policy I had just purchasedand spoke with Nakesha, who was extremely helpful, and made the change in just a few seconds. My first experience with Faye and my first contact with Faye, and I’m certainly impressed!

Peace of mind

We didn’t need to use the insurance but it was reassuring to know that we were completely covered, from trip cancellation to health issues. In these days of geopolitical turmoil, good cover is essential.

On our trip home. We had a long flight delay due to a late arriving aircraft.
