Why can’t we give no stars, Wondolla absolutely will never deal with again!I purchased an item 20/02/26 for a bday gift on03/0/03/26 still waiting as of 19/03/26 but I also ordered something on 02/03/26 & have received on 13/03/26 Ive sent about 6 emails the 3 sent with pics of order they have replied to 4 emails saying they will resend this item (the one Iv received already) the reason why I sent 3 email’s with pics stating what item & low & behold I received another email saying will resend item( the one I already got) noteing the cheaper item out of both I have asked 3 times for refund 🤷‍♂️absolute rip off & unprofessional

Received electric nail trimmer today but had no 2 other heads for it! Also the return address said Vicksville New York and took 13 days to get to me!! Just didn’t get all that was included that’s all!

Ordered product never arrived. Oddly when I checked the Tracking information provided - no info. After I contacted customer service, amazingly the tracking information mysteriously appeared that said it was delivered. Asked for my money back - they ghosted me.

After seeing Wondolla Multi purpose anti scald bowl holder on facebook with their video I bought AU$88 worth. Tried one and it broke picking up a small bowl which was empty. Used another one to try and pick up an empty casserole dish. No way would it. Emailed them with photos of the broken item. They wanted to ship me a replacement. I said no I want my money back. They said they will refund 25%. What an insult. I will never buy anything from Wondolla again. I usually search for reviews before I buy online. My bad I didnt

Brought an electric razor with raving reviews, biggest load of s**t out, threw it away after first use. Amazes me that it has 4 and 5* reviews, i think they're fake!

The item never came, it was being tracked then suddenly it got returned to sender

I would love to give it 0 ⭐️ if I could. I ordered Anti-clogging brushes for my shower heads. After 3 weeks of not receiving them, I emailed & suddenly they appeared the next day. I also began getting a TON of spam to my email. The worst part is the item looks NOTHING like what was pictured. It’s literally a pack of soft dental picks that I can get for $2 at Target. Just awful.

I NEVER received my order. Tried contact them without effect.😡

Ordered an item beginning of Feb and was still waiting for it well into March. Customer service is just an automated response. Courier was able to confirm and deem the package as lost. forwarded the courier email to them and still received an automated response. I don't expect a refund. steer clear of these guys.
Also I found the exact item on Amazon; should have went there first

It’s a scam.‘never received my order. My own fault for not checking the reviews. Lesson learned.

They false advertised a USB flash drive compatible with iPhone … what I got says only android compatible. It takes a LONG time to get your order and for it to be the wrong product is annoying. Their customer service is crap too!! Save yourself the aggravation and don’t order from them

Ordered as a Christmas present. Received broken. 2 replacements sent, also broken. Customer service horrendous. Still waiting on a working replacement. Do not use.

I ordered the temporary eye tightening cream. Total waste of money. Did absolutely nothing.

I would give a minus if I could. Got caught as I did not review the site before ordering some drill bits 2 months ago. They haven’t arrived and based on emails I sent trying to track them I’ll be surprised if they do. Frustrating, do not touch them!

Do not buy anything from this company products they advertise are completely different to what you get.

Misleading customers keep away

Never received item ordered #478488. Says delivered but was not. Can not get Wondolla to respond to numerous emails I have sent.
