Wondolla Avis 95

Item had piece missing. Contacted Wondolla, replies from them take ages. Offered me a refund which I accepted but no refund received. In the end had to get refund from PayPal. Very poor customer service.

Glad to see these negative reviews here. I was about to place an order. But thanks to the overwhelming 1 star reviews I didn’t.

When it arrived they had only sent the outer case

Yodel did not deliver my order
After stating that it had arrived and told me where it was delivered
It's not the first time yodel have let us down
I just want my money returned

What a load of rubbish. Right and truly robbed....if I could get in touch with this scam company I would shove it where the sun don't shine...

The item I received was utter rubbish and not suitable for the suppose it was intended.

Looking at the hype of the under eye cream it looked to good to be true so I tried before calling it and in my view it’s totally rubbish it’s just a cream and not noticed nothing so save your money

I ordered a sewing kit, it didn't arrive. They kept telling me they'll send another or they'd give me 25% as a refund. I looked ion Amazon and the same item was less than £5! I paid £10 plus £4 postage! Always look on Amazon because usually the same item is cheaper and if you have Prime you don't pay postage. I'm still waiting for them to reply to me! Item ordered on 8th November 2026.

I would love to give 0 stars, but I am not allowed. I ordered my "Wondolla bubble Mascara" in early December and still have not received it. I have not even received any feedback regarding the product. This is a lesson learned for me!

I’ve been scammed took my order no product

If I could award a zero star, I would. I received a crappy little wooden tube with a few needles of various sizes. Nothing like what was shown on the website. Let's face it, these Chinese overseas business are a complete scam. You can't return anything and no one will reply to you in customer service. Well, that was a $30.00 lesson learned!

Iplaced an order on December 2nd and never received a thing.

I'm WAITING, STILL for my order. Due to service issues with other's I've ordered from but this one will go to B.B.B. if the order in December of ONE STINKING ITEM does not arrive to me by the end of January 2026, they'll be hearing from me. This pisses me off.

Ordered a pen drive but it was the wrong one. Emailed them for a return address for a refund. Wont allow me to return it. AVOID THEM - DONT BUY - DISREPUTABLE COMPANY

Ordered a mug for my daughter about 6 weeks before Christmas. Finally got something in the mail, but not my package. It was a notice from the post office stating that the postage on the package was counterfeit and I would need to pay $10.50to get my package. This package came from China. What a scam of a company. Stay away from them.

I placed an order I have yet to receive my package also I have received nothing as far as information as to when I will receive my package I have no way of tracking my order. I would like very to have my money returned ASAP .

Ordered a knife with led, pocket knife like never got it and I paid for it.
It is a big SCAM!

I ordered winter outdoor working gloves almost a month ago and they didn't turn up. I emailed several times to no replies. Then I did a chargeback with my bank and suddenly I get an email saying they have refunded me. That was over a week ago and no refund arrived so I'll just need to get the bank to refund my money. Scam company.
