Wondolla Avis 95

I ordered a camera that has a long tube to examine hard to reach places for android phone. No real tracking, no way of telling when my order will arrive or where it is. It seems to me that I got ripped off. I ordered it on January 29th 2026. Today is February 12th 2026.

I got suckered- should have known better. Didn’t check out reviews before ordering. Waited nearly 2 months for the replacement order after the original never arrived. Odd announcements on the provided tracking- like having it fly back & forth around the country. And it was filled with cheap Sox and only 1 pair not 3 of what I ordered. Not going to dispute with my cc- $75 lesson learned.

I thought I was purchasing a bible with dividers. To my dismay I got sticky A4 sheets with books of bible

Received my mascara omg its so bad dies noting to your eyelashes very poor quality

I have not received the product. I should have read reviews before ordering.

ZERO STAR!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS LOW-LIFE OF A COMPANY.
I ordered some under cupboard lighting, never arrived. Told refund would be back to my original payment method. Suprise suprise refund never appeared. 4 times I have asked for them to refund and tell me the acct and sort code they have sent it to...4 times they haven't done a thing. A FULL ON 100% SCAM.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Annoyed with myself for not doing my reseearch first. It's only £20, but it's my £20 I worked hard for. Don't get caught up with this company....you will not see your items nor a refund.

‘If you are looking at the website of Wondolla/Cozyhoome and considering purchasing a product from this company. DON’T, check out Trustpilot reviews ( Bad ), and my first hand experience.

On 5th January I ordered an ergonomic vest. This was late arriving and received on 22nd January. The size ordered was XL, and I received a vest by far too small. On contacting the company their request for photos of the product was duly done, and they offered to send a larger replacement which was declined as I could not envisage even a greater size fitting. I wished to return the vest for a full refund, this was refused as the ‘high costs and complexities of international returns’ was not viable, but offering me an alternative £5 (25%) settlement instead. This is not only considered an insult and offensive, but I may well have discarded £15 in the garbage bin for no reason whatsoever !’ I would suggest It seems that Wondolla is just a third party seller, buying from other major sources and redistributing, hence the delays in delivery and inability to respond to returns or credits in a satisfactory manner.
Not good enough, seen by many on Trustpilot as a scam.

I ordered a pack f crochet card designs with patterns for +£15 - not worth £5. Instructions are so tiny that they are unusable without a magnifying glass. The pack is next to useless. I should have checked reviews on here before I bought this

After receiving a message saying that my product is delivered and went outside right away to check it out saw noone and no package…
They kept saying endlessly like a parrot in each response to wait a bit and investigate my surroundings and neighbours for package…
I finally wrote this to them:
No I don’t want anything from burglers like you, who knows what devilish ways you still got in your pocket to steal even more from people,send me proof of delivery, my photo or the building photo…Are you really thinking, "Is it just £20?" and do you think you have the right to do this to people? Why don't you find yourself an honest job? Will this make you rich? For God's sake, don't hurt people. We work in squalor to earn that money, and you're also delaying people's needs. In the last email, you said to wait a bit and investigate, which we did. How much longer do we have to wait? A year? When I received the message saying the delivery was received, I immediately went outside and there was no one there, nor was there a package. What could be more obvious than that? It's my fault that I didn't investigate you first. Thousands of people have experienced the same thing. How on earth are you putting food in your kids’ belly, stolen money…Shame on you

Don't touch this company with a barge pole!! I purchased a bikini from them, ordered the correct size for me going by their size chart. Bikini arrived and was too small. I contacted the company to ask them to arrange a return label and refund, the response came back requiring further information as to how the item did not fit. I provided this and again asked them to arrange return label and refund. Necy email I get is informing me that a bigger size was being despatched and hoped this would resolve the issue. Again I requested a returns label and refund but no response. Next email from them informs me replacement has been despatched ....... Guess what - no replacement has appeared. My advice, keep your money and don't go anywhere near this company

This item is a total scam, it's not even the same one they show online!! First, it never arrived, after 10 days I contacted them and then it was finally shipped. When it arrived, at $17.99 or so with shipping, it was the cheapest, garbage, dried up barely there piece of crap I have ever purchased in a mascara. Not only was it dried and barely anything came out on the brush, but you'd have to layer it multiple, multiple times to even have it show on the lashes- NOTHING LIKE THE DRAMATICALLY LUSH RESULT THEY PROMISE!! Don't waste your money or time, seriously a Dollar Store mascara beats this one- no contest! Sucks completely, a total ripoff, it will make you angry, and the saddest thing? It's exactly what the label says: "Wondolla"- " One Dollar" junk. They're definitely laughing every time they sell one. So don't do it!!!!!

I ordered a kitchen sink drain mat, it was advertised as a silicone beveled drainage mat, great concept, however what I received was junk , the water doesn’t drain it just lays there, useless, I’ve been trying to send it back , however I can’t get ahold of anyone through email, of course no telephone number, avoid this company, facebook should be ashamed for advertising there products

I bought a Posture brace from them, took about 10 days to arrive, that i can live with but they sent the wrong size.
when i tried to contact customer services i never got a response.
i have sent 5 e mails now still with no response so now taken to negative impact on any of there feeds, this include Wondolla and Cosey Hoome, pretty sure this will cost them more than the £20.00 it cost me

I realized quickly that the item could likely be purchased for a fraction of the price on Amazon or in a Walmart or a drug store, so I tried to cancel my order, then tried to get a response of how I could return the product. After multiple emails, there was not one response to any of them. I even called the company who works out of the address that was listed on my credit card statement, but they knew nothing about Wondolla (that’s what they said anyway).
The product did actually arrive, but it’s sure not worth the money I spent on it! Due diligence, comparisons and reading reviews are vital for any decision. Mine was an impulse buy. Never again.

Omg,! I wish I had read all these bad reviews before purchasing an ankle massager that does not work from Wondolla, I paid @29.99 plus shipping. It took them 2 months to mail, this was supposed to be a Christmas present, and the product is a piece of sh##*@, then to ad insult to injury they offer $7.25 refund!!! Which I probably will never receive but I declined it. They are in so much need of money that they will lie about their products.

They sent the wrong item - i paid more for something better and bigger. They do not reply to contact forms or emails. AVOID.

Never received ite purchased in November 2025,,, & they're allowed to keep advertising????? What a POS company!!!!!

Was about to place an order for the mascara. Read the reviews fortunately. All the 1 stars are probably zero but you can't do that. Thanks to anyone who wrote a review.
