Amazing until your cars delivered then the contact stops. Tried emailing customer care but never got a response. The car had a lot more dents and scratches than I was notified of. Was dark when they delivered it so didn’t notice until it was too late. Car also had no locking wheel nuts. Said it was serviced but clearly wasn’t as my oil low light came on in the first couple of weeks. I’m now stuck with it as part ex value is way less than I owe to get out of it. Wouldn’t use them again

Hello to all visitors to this website. I do not recommend the services of this company - golden mountains of promises, and at the end very big crap......... After the messages from the company offering to buy a new one and pay off the old one, I decided to use it because after the first time I had a very good opinion, but it was once. Nowadays everything has changed. The car is nice and in good working order, but there is a problem with paying off the old one, and today and tomorrow, then silence, while looking through the sales offer for my car, I noticed that the new generation Android car radio with a touch screen and a reversing camera installed by me in a professional workshop had been removed, a bit this is poor behavior with a car entrusted to them that is not their property. So let's all ask ourselves if it's worth losing peace and sleep. And I still pay the installment for the returned car. One century of fraud. I greet everyone.

Zgodnie z brytyjskim prawem Woo Carz nie może sprzedawać samochodów z zagranicy a wiem że Krzysztof który wziął ode mnie pieniądze a później zerwał ze mną kontakt, próbując wmówić mi że informował mnie że jest na urlopie, co jest kompletną bzdurą,przebywa w Tajlandi i stamtąd sprzedaje samochody. Po zasięgnięciu porady prawnej w Citizen Advice zgłosiłem sprawę do FCA.

I don’t want to praise I want to complain considering most my texts and messages get ignored. I get told someone will contact me yet still waiting. Was informed on 8th February someone would be in touch it is now 21st March! I refused to speak with the manager Ian and he messaged me around and didn’t even show when I traveled to them to return the car.

I got a car in August which was a replacement to a broken car I was given a few months before! On the website it clearly says cars are given with a NEW mot. I did not get this and when I tried to get intouch to speak about this I was ignored! I have now had a mot which I paid for and paid for the stuff to be fixed and have more problems and I haven’t even had the car a year which is very unfair!
My first car I had from you was amazing lasted 5 years since then I gave that one back and got another which then needed to be returned I got another that had engine problems and everything else wrong with it so had to bring that back and now I have another which is showing MORE problems! Yet no help or even being communicated with is just disgusted!
Every guy that has sold me a car has left not long after which leaves me with no one to contact. I was told this time this guy wasn’t going anywhere so I would have someone to speak too. When trying to contact he just ignored my texts and I have now found out he’s left too!
Leaving me AGAIN with no contact. When messaging because it’s an online company I still get nothing back!
The service is honestly shocking and I am so disgusted with how I have been treated.
I honestly wish for nothing more than
to give the car back and cut all ties!
I have spent so much time trying to get rid of the car to get away from the company because it’s so unfair how I have been treated and the ignorance is just plan rude!
