For the first instance they are good and sound like a trustworthy company and they promise you after one year with your finance they could help you out and change your car. Such a liar!! They ignore your texts and don’t care about customers anymore.

Thank you for highlighting your views on how we conduct our business.
If this was not articulated properly to you by your advisor, we sincerely apologise. You asked to change your car after one year, which we normally advise, this can be done after a minimum of around 18 / 24 installments. Other factors have to be taken into consideration, such as payments being made on time, the car's equity value, and the maths on whether our lenders can settle your outstanding finance and still loan you additional funds for your new car.
In your case, you did not yet meet the criteria. However, after future payments are made as we indicated, we would gladly do our best to get you upgraded to another car.
We care about all of our customers and always strive to do upgrades as and when possible.

Sadly my father in law had a terrible experience with this company. In the end instead of being reimbursed for the loss resulting from Woo carz omission which they agreed to he was fobed off and told "yeah go and talk to the solicitor" in the end.

Good Service, Poor Management
Firstly, they are a genuine trustworthy company and they have lovely staff. They bought my car via Motorway for a very good price and paid that price too but the issue was that payment took 12 hours to get to my bank and communication was really poor whilst the driver was sitting in my house waiting to take the car away. I felt so bad for him that after 3 hours I insisted in running him to the hotel and picking him up in the morning as they were really stuck between a rock and hard place. I couldn't let them take my car without the money and his boss was telling him it wouldn't take much longer then ignoring him. Ended up here for 3 hours and I went to get him in the morning to bring conclude the deal when the funds had cleared. Message to WooCarz is that you have incredible people running the length and breadth of the country under challenging circumstances to say the least. Treat them with the respect they have earned please. I asked for an email of the payment confirmation from their bank and I'd have let the driver take the car and be on his way to his hotel but as it was after working hours for the manager nothing nothing was done.

Zakupiłem samichod czerwiec 2023 zaraz po zakupie skontaktowałem się z przedstawicielem ze szyba jest peknieta kazano mi wymienić przez swoją ubezpieczalnie gdzie jak wiadomo należy cześć zapłacić u mnie to było 120£ po jakimś czasie samochod się zepsul ale mimo iz obwiązywała gwarancja niemialem możliwości skontaktowania się gdyz nikt ale dosłownie nikt nieodbieral telefonu nawet na WhatsApp chciałem oddać samochod ale niebylk jak bo firma unikała kontaktu także ja niepolecam
