Staff were not friendly or helpful at all (apart from a lovely guy named Michael). From the moment I asked for a quote it seemed like I was just bothering them. Medals look ok, not exactly what I wanted - some are quite light in colour and therefore hard to distinguish what is on there. The most disappointing part of the service for me was the delivery. I ordered the medals 8 weeks before our event and triple checked that they would arrive in time, I was assured that it would be fine. The day before the event, they still hadn’t arrived and I tried to contact them
multiple times with no luck. Eventually they turned up at my offices around 1530 (on a Friday) in a battered HelloFresh box. I felt I should give three stars as the pricing was reasonable and ultimately the medals were similar to what I wanted and usable, however would not recommend.

The medals were great quality and matched our eco-week theme well! The only problem was that they arrived very close to our event date so caused some panic as to whether they would or wouldn't arrive on time.

Quick design of the medal. Good communication. However when the medals arrived the were all printed with the wrong dates. I called them immediately and they made and dispatched the whole order the same day with next day delivery. They made a mistake but quickly and efficiently corrected it. I would use this company again. The 4 Stars is purely down to the mistake with print on the medals, otherwise it would be a 5.

As always great service from Zero Waste Medals. A great sustainable product, good communication, and delivery on time. We'll use it again!

Excellent customer service, when the delivery company lets us down the guys simply packaged up another batch of medals, sent them out for next day delivery with Royal Mail and made sure I had what I needed in good time for the presentations, no fuss, no bother, love these guys!

Medals were delivered on time (just): they have been generally well accepted although some people do prefer the bling of metal. The only criticism I would have is that in some cases the imprint on the wood is quite weak.
