Worthington Clark Avis 

I received a number of letters from WC and believing they were a scam ignored them, until one day I didn't. I ran as many checks as I could and was ultimately convinced enough to cautiously reach out. I gave as little information as possible throughout the process, and have to say I now feel a little silly. Great team, great result - Thank you!

I have been receiving mail from Worthington Clark for a number of years (maybe 10+) & finally decided that if I wasn't going to address the issue (funds)that I owed it to them to have a crack as they have offered so many times. Yes, I had to provide lots of documents, and yes I had to pay a commission, but truthfully I would NEVER have got around to obtaining the funds myself. The process was so straightforward and I was kept in the loop with the status of payments. I highly recommend Worthington Clark - just do it and take it off the list.

The fees are 33% which is very high. The 1st settlement they took 33%of the whole recovered amount but only gave us a percentage of the money . The remaining percentage was given to us 1 month later and they took a further 33% fee. Therefore their fees are heading towards 50% .
Saying that we had no idea the money was owed to us so it was money we didnt know we had. Just the sting was the additional fee thwy charged.

I didn’t know I had anything to come back to me but this Company were brilliant. It took time being sorted out but was well worth the wait.

While we were skeptical about this service we did receive money we did not know we were entitled too. However, the constant phone calls from staff was borderline harassment. I kept them up to date at all times but was still constantly called. When asked only to email us they did this for a short while before the calls stated again. Once our information was received they were reluctant to return the courtesy of updates and became short and rude when asked for the same courtesy
