SCAM! I have ordered an item 10 days ago and still not received yet, not even shipped! They refused to cancel and refund the item.

Delivery was a bit behind the estimated date which had me worried but it arrived and was great. Ordered the silver set and the finish is clean. Came packaged nicely. Very happy.

Got the Matching Hearts bracelet and it's genuinely beautiful in person. Looks way more expensive than it is. Great for gifting.

Took longer to ship than expected which was annoying but the quality made up for it. Got the gold set for my daughter. She loved it and wears it every day.

Picked these up for a friend's birthday and she was obsessed with them. The bracelet looks more expensive than it is and the clasp works really well.

Got the Infinite Love set and really impressed. Looks just like the product photos and came in a nice box. Perfect little gift.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I felt it necessary because this company seems to be getting reviews on being a scam, not getting products delivered and no money back, poor quality products, etc. I spontaneously purchased this then and then read the reviews after I purchased it and thought sh*t I'm about to get scammed. Far from it. The product arrived as described and with tracked delivery status along the way. I got the "Star and Moon Ring For Daughter" product and I'm so excited to give it to my daughter. Don't let these bad reviews impact your decision I had a great experience! :)

I ordered the Matching Hearts bracelets and the star and moon ring for my wife and daughters, the quality is good and the girls love them and wear them everyday. Would definitely recommend, happy with the services.

Awful company! Do not order with these. Received a faulty ring that didn’t spin as advertised and they won’t give me my money back. Have tried for months now. Will be reporting they should not be allowed to do

I ordered the Infinite Love bracelets (one for Mom and one for my Daughter) and they were really good. They look even better in person and it feels sturdy. Great little set to gift or keep as a matching pair.

I got the Matching Hearts Bracelet set in silver for me and my daughter, and it was honestly a really sweet purchase. The packaging was nice and felt gift-ready, and the bracelets themselves feel solid and well made.

I ordered 2 bracelets for Christmas presents, on opening, both braceltes were faulty. I contacted the company via their website page and heard nothing, I then emailed the company on the 8th January asking for a full refund for 2 faulty bracelets and I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my card.
I am getting emailed back however they say the same thing.
How can it take over 4 weeks for them to refund my money. My next step now is to seek legal advice. Email content below

Awful company they should be shut down for stealing from innocent customers. You will receive a cheap, broken product, they will ask you to return the item to Australia at YOUR expense. They will then say they haven’t received the return and refuse to refund you. Save your money, they are a scam

We must be one of the more fortunate ones despite of all the negative reviews here. Received the fidget moon & star ring. Spinning well and nil issues with delivery.

Absolutely terrible quality. Same as other customers have reported. The bracelets are JUNK. One broke the first time I tried to put it on and the other 2 don’t stay closed. Took a month to her customer service to respond only to tell me that I had to pay to ship these back to MAYBE get a refund. This is just a deterrent to make it difficult for customers and a true scam.

Terrible, won’t accept a return, told me to keep the bracelets and they offered me 20% of what I paid, who runs business like this? Terrible delays in responses and awful customer service. And the product was terrible.

All these reviews seem to be people not reading what they are buying. I got 2 Saturn rings both are exactly as advertised perfect! Only reason this isn’t a 5 is do to the fact that it is too big

I ordered the spinner ring with the moon and star for my daughter for Christmas. A week before Christmas when the ring still had not been sent I wrote them to cancel the order as it wouldn’t be here in time. They ignored my email. They shipped it 3 days later and it did arrive too late to gift. It was also too big and IT DOESNT SPIN. How do they show an ad for a spinner ring and then send one that doesn’t move? Attempting to get refund is pointless. They responded now within hours of my email offering 5% off my next purchase. 3 times they responded with different “offers” on my next purchase. I will never order from them again. And I’m stuck with a ring no one wants.
