If I could rate this at zero stars I would happily do so. This is another scummy company, who won’t give full refunds back. Read their return policy closely. They claim they have to inspect it, customer pays shipping fees back and they still only offer a portion claiming it’s fair for everyone. These were supposed to get to me by Christmas and haven’t, in fact I just got notified it was delivered a little bit ago. Quality is garbage. I’m so disgusted by these companies that are out of the Country who offer no real customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The bracelet looks nice, but unfortunately it was far too large for both my daughter and me. Even with the adjustable toggle bead, it continued to loosen while wearing, making it unusable.

I reached out to the company to ask if we could return or exchange it for something else. They were firm in stating that it was outside their 30-day return policy. For context, I purchased the bracelet on November 9, received it on November 22, gifted it on Christmas, and contacted them shortly after discovering the issue.

I understand that policies exist, but many companies extend return windows during the holidays for this exact reason. As someone who makes an effort to support small businesses, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or willingness to help. This experience has made me reconsider how I choose to spend my money in the future.

I wish I could do zero starts. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I played extra for express shipping and it still took almost 20 days to get to me. And by the time it got to me, I opened up the box, took out the heart bracelets and the chains broke in seconds. Cheapest quality products I have ever seen. No one should buy their items.

I ordered matching heart bracelets for
my daughter and I for Christmas. The bracelets do not stay in place, they don’t have a typical clasp, so they just fall off. Because I ordered them more than 30 days before Christmas, there is no refund or replacement. Considering how poorly made they are, not what I thought I was getting, a refund should’ve been offered. Do not order from this company.

Scammers who sent me broken bracelets do not respond to messages do not buy!

Like everyone else, I wish I had researched the reviews properly. Cheap, tacky ring that does not spin. Nothing like the photos and awful quality. I’ve emailed them requesting a full refund, failing that I will claim through bank.

Awful experience. Ordered in plenty of time for Xmas. It was shipped from China!
Ring is faulty. Despite promising to send replacements “immediately” to customers they have failed to honour this.
Many, many people are in the same boat. They claim it was “reduced” from £38 when you can buy them online for less than £5

Stay well away from their cheap tat and broken agreements

I ordered 2 mother/daughter bracelets. They are very poor quality & faulty, slipping loose & falling off my wrist. NO communication whatsoever from the seller!!!

I have just received 3 spinning planet daughter rings which were ordered weeks ago for Christmas presents and not one of them spin total fake advertising I’ve applied for a full refund I will never order from this site again

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered the fidget ring and it wouldn’t spin. Took forever to come and no response when I contacted them. They are hoping you buy it and then disappear. What did I expect…more than what they sent, absolute junk! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I bought the mother daughter heart bracelet set as a Christmas gift. It arrived on time, however, upon wearing it once on Christmas Day, we realized the clasp would not stay closed on either bracelet. I wish I had read the reviews as this had been reported in many other reviews. I was able to get in touch with customer service, but they did not want to give me a refund, first offering a small partial refund then a little more partial refund then a little more partial refund again despite me asking to return the item each time I corresponded with them and sending a photo and video and explanation that the bracelet will not stay clasped. They informed me if I really insisted upon the full refund, I must return the bracelet to Australia. Do not waste your money.

Terrible. Packaging is a clear replica of what you would receive from Temu or Shein.
Had to wait a month to receive to only discover the heart bracelets broken upon opening. Total disappointment, please don't waste your money.

Awful experience. Still haven’t received my jewelry. It’s been over a month, so no present for my daughter.

Ordered off the website and the ring I ordered is not what is advertised. Avoid at all cost. Try 2 weeks to get in touch with them for a refund and cannot get in touch with them.

Ordered as a gift, their courier confirmed they lost /damaged the item and it wouldnt be sent and that i needed to contact the company for a refund. Contacted the company told it was still on its way. It wasn't. Requested a refund as I still haven't received it and not replacement was sent. Told it would be sorted, to since receive a reply to say they cant issue a refund but will as a gesture of goodwill, send me out another at no charge to me... to be clear. I paid for an item and didnt receive it! To try and send another 2months later, not acceptable. The company know it was a gift, know it never arrived and are still holding my money.
Not good enough.
Things go wrong, it's how its delt with which shows a companies values. For me, this fell short.

Ordered a moon spinning ring for my daughter anxiety’s.
It finally arrived and it doesn’t even spin it’s faulty.
Tried to email them and it’s not even a valid email.
So filled a contact form on their page- no reply
Don’t use them !

Just received the 'spinning ring' for my daughter..... absolutely disgusted with the product! Took ages to arrive.... guess what? doesn't spin! Quality is awful! The gem on the ring isn't round, 1/2 moon and sealed flat to the back! What a joke! 🤬

Ordered an item on the 12th of December yet 17 days later it still isn't even with the courier, I've been sent a tracking number but all it says is 'dispatched'. After reading the reviews I'm now not expecting anything to arrive and have opened a case to (hopefully) receive a refund.
Would steer clear of this company!.☹️
