I ordered a mother and 2 daughter's bracelet on 29th November and paid £36.40 - it did not arrive until 29th December and so missed Christmas. What arrived was complete tat - the cheapest metal with not even a clasp. It's appalling. I tried to get in touch with Worthy Always, finally they replied and they would only offer me a 30% refund. To get a full refund I had to return the bracelets to AUSTRALIA at my own cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, their customer service is appalling and the products are cheap and nasty (not at all like those shown on the instagram pictures!).

Never order from here. I ordered my daughter a ring which did not spin as a christmas present. Very disappointed when it did not work when she opened it christmas day. I asked for a refund and got
ignored after sending many emails then to be told they are sending me a new ring and to get a refund i will have to wait for the ring to get to me, be returned to them, checked by the warehouse before i can even request a refund. Disgusting, they should be closed down!

Bought these for me and my daughter, cheap rubbish and 1 broken wouldn't give a refund.

Very poor quality and you do not get what you order. When you email they send you a generic email that only talks about shipping. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!

This company is garbage. Dont give them your money. They sell broken cheap jewlery then dont communicate.

Absolutely AWFUL products! I bought three bracelets for myself and daughters and after waiting ages for the products they were cheap tat. The bracelets only have a drawstring type fastening, so they easily fall off. Mine broke on the fourth day wearing it. Please do not waste your money!

I order a heart bracelet for myself and my daughter. The quality is extremely poor. They dont stay done up and so are unwearable. I have emailed them to ask for a replacement or refund but based on the other reviews, I am not at all hopeful for a response or resolution.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This company is the absolute pits if they do send what you bought it’s either faulty or the wrong product !!!! I haven’t actually received mine yet and no doubt I won’t!!! they take your money and respond to none of the correspondence you send after several e mails and messenger they only responded when I went into their Facebook page to advise other buyers not to buy anything from them and they contacted me ignoring my previous messages to tell me I was getting blocked for spamming their page !!! They are a joke and I will be reporting them to trading standards tomorrow I want to be refunded I did not receive my item and if you go into their page you will see this type of service is common they take your money you receive nothing and the other comments I read said they eventually received an item not what they ordered and anything that did arrive was faulty eg the spinning ring that did not spin it’s a farce this company should be avoided at all costs

Ordered the necklace that opens as a book then read the reviews so asked to cancel got no reply until after the item was shipped. Then got reply’s straight away. Item arrived it doesn’t open as discribed and is very low quality I have been trying to resolve this been offered 20% now 30% refund for a not as described or fit for purpose item. For a refund I have to send it back via tracked post to a PO Box in Australia at my own cost so will be contacting my payment method and reporting this. The item I received wasn’t as described the book doesn’t open and is very low quality look elsewhere

Zero if I could! I ordered 3 bracelets, after a week long delay at dispatched I requested to cancel the order. After another week of no communication I was told I was unable to cancel. Over a month later I still haven’t received the bracelets but I’ve been told they have been delivered! Marlon, the very rude and useless customer service representative is just refusing to refund me. I’m being told I need to provide all kinds of proof that I haven’t had the parcel - which is impossible as I haven’t received it! All I want is my money back.

I wish I had read reviews here before ordering the mother daughter bracelets for 23 pounds. Nothing as shown in ad. Cheap ugly not same. Took ages to arrive. Huge disappointment. AVOID at all cost!! If you wabt to return it's at your cost to a post box address in Australia. Took ages respond to mail, offers 20 to 30 % refund which I doubt you'll get. SCAM!! Reported to Australian consumer authorities. They blocked me on Facebook very mature and professional!

Spinning planet in the ring was set and doesn't spin at all. Took 3 weeks to arrive so past Christmas. No one responds to the email inquiry. Faulty product.

Disgusting, have to chase for the delivery, they state it was delivered but nothing has been received. I have chased again but yep, they are not replying to me.

I received a ring that was defective. I sent like 5 emails and no one has replied to them. Don't waste your money on this company.

The quality of the product I ordered was very poor..supposed to be gold but looks like tarnished copper.

Asked for return details and offered a 20% partial refund. I refused and asked for the details again only to be given an address in Australia and offered a 30% partial refund. I have had to accept this as the shipping costs would have been higher. Told 5-10 business days for a refund, now on to day 12 and still waiting. Apparently it's being chased with the finance department.

My own fault for not reading reviews here first but still a very poor service.

Received different item than purchased they are scammers and they do not reply to emails so no way to get refund or return the item!!!

If I could give 0 I would. Just an absolute piece of s*** ! Scam for sure, it is the cheapest s***tiest ring I have ever seen, does not spin like it shows in the description. Feels like plastic and doesn’t even look like the picture or video. Buyers be very aware

I ordered the mother/ daughter ring as a gift specifically because it’s advertised as a spinning ring for anxiety. Nothing on the ring moves at all so all of the advertising and videos is false. It is no where near even the sale price paid for it

It stated that my order would be delivered in 5-10 business days, they didn't even ship my order untill after 15 business days. Also nowhere on the site does it say that items will be shipping from China, I was expecting something decent and not some tat from China. I did try to contact them, but do response. I did try to leave a review on the item on their site, but it needed to be reviewed before they added it. They only accept 4 star or above reviews, I wonder how much negative feedback they have received and are hiding from their future customers, scamming everyone into thinking it's worth spending their money on the tat they sell.
