We have been in the trenches from the early days of the wowapps organisation. Our business and their business have grown side by side . We make pizza . They do our bookings, take away and delivery orders . Their service is good , can’t fault them. Also at 65 , they are patient with my lack of knowledge the fast pace world of the internet business. I did a 12 month trial with them paid up front …told Hamish not going ahead for the next 12 months but still take $199 out of my account per month..they owe me to date $398 and not seen a cent .. cancelled twice on the subscription app and stated in emails to Hamish it’s to expensive for just booking service … they are now just stealing my money, they have have no approval to do so … by the way this is Strauss Cafe Brisbane city … business is tough and they are just scammers … don’t touch them …

I was part of a successful trial with Wowapps late last year and came onboard in October. I found Hamish very helpful in setting up the app, menu items and the creation of a website. We've had mixed success in the last 6 months. We are in a regional area and an older demographic customer base which hasn't produced the extra business we had hoped for. The uptake for online ordering has been limited and we've decided in this tough business climate to cancel our subscription. But if you are located in a higher population area with a younger demographic who are more willing to use apps, I recommended you give Wowapps a trial and see how it works for you. The system was easy to use and customers like the simplicity of ordering and booking.

Easy to deal with and responsive to both feedback and requests for assistance. Happy to be working with them to develop our ai interface with customers.

I think it's possible that customers need to have a degree of technical competence or they may struggle to set up properly but I've found them helpful and reliable.

Hamish and the Team brought significant savings of time and money with their bookings process and we're now implementing direct marketing (sms and emails), online ordering, and potentially AI Calling to take the pressure off our staff, reduce customer frustration for delayed responses and order timings...it's an excellent system that is adding incredible value to our business!

Booking system is all great and easy to use and a brilliant way to keep on top of your bookings on a daily basis

Was contacted for a free trial of Wow Apps in March. During that 7 day free trial our online bookings were coming in hot!

We signed up for 12 months and honestly it has made bookings so much easier.

Logan guided us through the training process with ease and was available when we needed questions answered.

We have also implemented online drink ordering that Logan set up for us with our menu.

I highly recommend using wowapps for business bookings!

WOWAPPS refuses to disclose important information, puts nothing in writing, and expects you to hand over payment details anyway. Huge red flags everywhere. Completely unprofessional and suspicious experience. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Scammer alert.

they call and say they got booking for you but all they do is hijack your google business link and send to their system taking your data. they dont even have contracts

i had to deal with mutiple stores venues who had problems with them and to cancel you need to wait 7 days - so instead of your booking to your booking system it just goes into theirs and you loose on customers

Buyer Beware
Was totally lied to by their sales representative and signed up on the basis it could integrate with our existing booking system. It can't do anything I need it to and they refuse to refund my money despite doing nothing for me nor providing any service.
Steer clear of this business.

Thanks for your response Shea, however, I beg to differ. That’s exactly what occurred and nothing was documented. You can make it right by refunding the money, that’s the Australian way.

They’re making bookings on the booking site without even having a contract.

Are you daft? Do you have any idea how much of an inconvenience this is causing our customers? I’ve signed a proper contract and set up an online booking system. I have no idea how your system works, as it’s making bookings without a contract. You’re being utterly ridiculous. You should reply to every single customer who has contacted us.

Fabulous experience with the WowApp team. The system is easy to use and has so many functions that help our business. Their training was great and Logan was patient and informative. We love this booking app and would highly recommend.

WOWAPPS - we agreed to a trial last year. It was a disaster and did not work because they send bookings through and you have to respond immediately day or night or they just allocate you the booking and customer rolls up, thinking they have one when they don't. So we told them to stop the bookings function and believed we had cancelled the trial. Only to find we have been paying for this service for a year. When I contacted support they offered none of it. Buyer beware. I know I will never sign up for "trial" again and cannot recommend their product or service.
