Excellent customer service
When ordering online there is always a worry about customer service, should anything be faulty. I can honestly say the service I have received has been excellent. Any emails were answered extremely promptly, with options for a replacement or a refund. Collection and delivery of products were arranged almost immediately.
This company gave an excellent service and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone.

Wrong product sent out
Wrong product sent out, suppose to come collect the product and never did collect i so called missed the driver yet id been in all day. So i have here a product whats wrong and yet to receive the product i originally wanted. So far i have been very disapointed and hoping this issue will be rectified promptly before my daughter ends up with no main christmas present. Bearing in mind im into my 2nd week now of original order date

Ordered the twin pram on 28th Nov kept getting told it was "out for delivery" after numerous calls and notifications I found out that they never had the pram to fulfil my order in the first place so why let me order it? Absolute joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered 2 scooters for my two little…
Ordered 2 scooters for my two little boys birthdays, only one was sent. Absolutely useless. Can't even send out the most simple of orders. STAY CLEAR! Fuming! will be telling everyone I no what a pathetic company and not to order because they just won't send what's been ordered. I've read other reviews and seems they do thus to a lot of people, maybe it's just a big joke

I ordered 2 scooters for my little girls only 1 has been delivered tried to contact customer service there phone line isn't in use and emailed them numerous times with no reply, still to either get a refund or the second scooter sent out

Wrong item sent and no customer service
Was sent a different item to what was ordered and customer service not responsive. Phone number on website not in use, and no response to emails sent.
