Prompt,efficient service. Highly recommend them

Ordered a juilet balcony and stainless steel handrail, posts and wire balustrade along with their composite decking , Easy order process and delivery , The materials are far superior to the other company's i looked at

We are extremely happy with our handrail and gate provided by the Handrail People. We were delighted with the service provided by the entire team, from those who provided the estimate, office staff and those who supplied and fitted our items. They were not only efficient and professional they were also personable and quite charming. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Fantastic service both in terms of design support and installation. The fitment was well managed and the quality of install was superb. Really pleased with the frameless glass balustrades and would definitely recommend this supplier both in terms of their cost effectiveness and quality. A great service all round. Thanks very much WPS

The team at WPS are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The whole process from initial enquiry, to giving advice on their products through to installation was excellent and very well managed. I have no hesitation on recommending them.

There were a couple of issues with delivery of orders, but these were dealt with immediately and resolved within 24 hrs. Customer service excellent.

Very pleased with the quality and service from WPS handrails. Extremely helpful. Highly recommended

I struggled to find someone locally to fit a glass balustrade to my first floor roof. I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and thought I would give WPS a try. I have to say I am so glad I did. From start to finish they have been so helpful and all went to plan. I would like to say a big thank you to Kate and the fitters for sorting this for me.

WPS and in particular Hollie’s Customer Service was outstanding. Very quick to respond to questions sent via email, provided excellent advice and they accommodate all of my requirements. The deliveries arrived on time and I received a call from the driver one hour ahead of his arrival.
The product (35 m2) of composite decking was also perfect. They could not have managed this any better. Thank you.

Excellent service and a great product. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them for any future projects

Thanks to Hollie and her team for the support in getting our Balastrade system delivered so promptly. Installation went well as the general quality of the product was of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this system to my friends.

Excellent advise and support from the sales team, the quality of the decking planks is superb and the colour has been constant. I find the boards heavy to move by myself whilst in their plastic wrapping but the individual boards are OK to handle and fit into the fixings. The latter are easy to fit and give the necessary gap between boards.
Delivery was expensive for me as I live some way from the midlands, one of the joys of living in Cornwall.

Good product and excellent customer service.

Outstanding customer service by Kate for any queries and concerns

From first contact with WPS Handrails I have been most impressed with the excellent customer service received, as well as with the quality of the decking chosen from a range of samples. As this was my first purchase of decking, I contacted WPS for guidance and received a quotation within an hour detailing every item to aid installation, as well as a step by step guide. The company retained my order until it was required and the confirmed delivery date was adhered to, with the driver contacting me prior to his arrival and maintaining safety precautions throughout the delivery process. All in all a first class experience, especially in these most difficult and challenging times. A huge thank you to all at WPS and to the delivery driver. I cannot wait to see the finished result now!

Great service, fantastic product. Many thanks.

We have just had our frameless button fixed Glass Balustrade completed and are really happy with the result. Despite COVID 19 the whole process went exactly as had been explained within the time advised.
The quality of workmanship and installation exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to enjoy our new patio area when the weather gets better.
Big thanks to Kate Langford, Jack and the team for making the whole experience stress free.
