WPS Handrails Avis

Perfect responce
Delivered on time, help was tremedious in sizing the job for the composite decking
One of few suppiers who do 4.8 meter lenghts, rather that the 3.6 meters, so no cut or joins need.
Great team.
Would use again.

Very knowledgeable and helpful team, always ready to answer queries .
Also a superb product that has added a classy finish to my garden and decking.
After searching lots of providers WPS also came up with a very affordable quote.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would recommend this company to anyone with a decking project

Great quality product. Good clear instructions and easy for us couple of oldies to build.
Looks great now finished

Second time I've used WPS both without any issues at all .
Cannot fault the office staff , got my order of composite decking delivered to site in 4 days as I left it to the last minute as usual, absolute pleasure to deal with .
Great product to .

Very professional service from planning to installation. Job done on time and on budget. The site survey was helpful by suggesting design changes which greatly improved the appearance and layout of the completed project. No hassle and recommended.

Called supplier to discuss products and arrangements.
Needed very specific time of delivery. Driver was punctual and helpful. Decking excellent quality, plenty of spacers, screws and fittings. Will be using for a future project.

Excellent company to deal with all round! From planning to delivery can only sing their praises!!! Fabulous product, outstanding finish. Couldn’t be happier!

I would recommend this company to everyone. Very helpful at all stages; the design, planning and delivery. Thanks to Kate and Holly.
The balustrade I bought looks great, so much so,I am looking for excuses to buy another.

This is a great company to deal with. Their sales staff are excellent and ordering / delivery was second to none.

However, their actual end product build quality isn’t that good. Not all Pre drilled & tapped holes on the main hand rails lined up with accessorise so I’m left with rails with only one fixing here and there. The wire balustrades are good but fitting the glass to their rail system is very tricky. It’s a shame as some simple changes would make a huge difference.

I would purchase from then again though but only because I know what I’d get and just deal with it. I’ve had one wire balustrade, two glass balustrades and a SS hand rail off them over the past 2 years. Each had their own build quality issue which I’ve overcome.

The sales team are so good though, that I’d still go back !

I was so happy with this purchase. The decking in cedar is really good quality and looks amazing. Also the company was so helpful and did exactly what they said. I wish every company was this good!!!

We used WPS for our self-build project, and I'd pick them out as one of the best of all the contractors we've worked with. Competitive price, prompt and clear communication, friendly cooperative fitters and finally, even when their glass supplier let them down by supplying one pane the wrong size, there was no drama; just resolved it asap.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Very help at all stages be it design, planning or delivery and the balustrade we bought looks great! Cheers Adam you did a fab job.

Excellent service! Ordered online and had delivery within 2 days of ordering

Excellent decking, speedy delivery and great communication.

Great service and communication. Really good quality kit for my balustrade and a great price. If you want a balcony, get it from these guys!

Really good company to deal with. Pricing was the best value for money I found and the delivery / installation guys were first class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone wanting a glass balustrade to go with this company

I ordered the innodek luxecap decking I'm really pleased with the quality it may not be the cheapest but out of all the samples this has to be the best.
Customer services is excellent and always responded to any queries by phone or email.
Delivery was on the agreed day and time driver was pleasant and very helpful.
Out of the 90 deck boards only 2 had slight damage which the company was very happy to replace foc if I required them, as it was I managed and the 2 damaged bits ended up as of cuts.
Would definitely recommend this company
