WPS Handrails Avis

Excellent product, everything delivered on time. My one issue was that we had a lot of timber left over from the amount we were recommended to buy and it is made not worth your while to get a refund due to all the costs involved in sending it back.

Excellent service from start to finish. The sales team listened to what I wanted, were happy to talk and to take time to make sure we got it right. They care about the detail. I have now used them for 4 projects. Quality products, competitive prices and installed by a team who arrived when they said they would, cared about their work and made sure everything was perfect.

Good product, good service and competitive pricing.

The product is of excellent quality, was also a very good price compared othrrs

A quick transaction and a really good product. Delighted with end result . Would have given 5 stars if they hadn't been so expensive for delivery. Apart from that great.

Simple two handed DIY job

WPS supplied me a glass balustrade and the service from start to finish was fantastic. Always quick to respond to any questions, and process from quotation to delivery was seamless and on time.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Very helpful at all stages;

A very friendly and helpful team, items delivered as promised and all excellent.quality. Small defect with one component but a quick phone call and Adam sent a rep lacement by return of post. Very happy to reccorecommend this company.

Great website to order from, great customer service and very smooth delivery.Quality boards easy to fix together really pleased with the finished deck.

Good quality product, really useful to have the online calculator. Customer service was really good too. Hollie was helpful and polite and made sure I had all the infor I needed

Great to deal with, good price and very helpful. Quick turn around and great piece of kit. The only downside was the courier, boxes been thrown about and damaged handrails. Phoned them and damaged parts were replaced by return. Recommend them highly

Simple experience to place order and great help from Kate

Kate was very helpful - first class service.

Great product at a reasonable price. Service and delivery was efficient and prompt. Lots of advice and information on their website, and could ring them for advice Had samples from other suppliers but prefferd WPS'S boards.
Friendly and helpful experience, and is local to us so when I needed extra bits I could go and pick it up or they would deliver it. Really pleased with the finished deck

We took a trip to wps and spoke to a lovely girl named Kate who helped us with our choice of composite decking.
It was delivered on time and in perfect condition by a friendly driver who helped me into my garage with it. All in all it was a hassle free experience. 5 stars from us.

Great quality composite decking, easy to install, delivered on time, maintenance free. Good design and estimation tools on the website. This is my second purchase of their decking, I was so pleased with the first installation that I ripped up some old wooden decking and replaced that too.

The website was easy to manoeuvre and getting a quote straightforward. The assistant at the company was very helpful in answering my questions. The components, when they arrived, look quality albeit the packaging was damaged and, consequently, one of the components was lost. This was quickly resolved with one phone call. The only disappointment was that the delivery was promised as 10 days, which was true for the metal posts that arrived as promised, but the glass took several more days to arrive which caused problems as I had contractors on call to fit on the promised day and they had no glass! Now waiting for a free day for the contractors to return and install.

Glass & stainless steel balustrade, from the first phone call until delivery, great service & product, special thanks to sales staff, who all seem to work together and know their products, I recommend Chris Cork

Amazing service, friendly one to one service. I had ordered previously and the lady on the mentioned this made me feel really valued. Would not hesitate to recommend. Our composite decking is beautiful as well excellent quality and great price. Thank you
