WPS Handrails Avis

I ordered a glass balustrade from WPS in April 2025 for my patio, and I’m very happy with it. The product is sturdy and high quality. The team noticed that I live near the coast and suggested some helpful changes to make it more suitable for the weather. Installation was easy, and their post-purchase service has been excellent—quick responses and always happy to help. Great value for the quality.
Highly recommended!

Great dealing with these guys from start to finish. Kept us informed all the way and great guys did the install. Highly recommend this company if you want a great professional job doing.

My dealings with WPS, and in particular with two of the staff, Kate and Abigail, has been nothing short of outstanding. I have had excellent advice and support and nothing has been too much trouble when some amendments were made to the original order. I cannot thank both Kate and Abigail enough for their help and I would not hesitate in recommending anyone who is considering have a balustrade installed to use WPS.

First time using this company and what a pleasure it was , Adam was so helpful & patient , gave me all the diagrams and measurements, have recommended this company to quite a few people due to there amazing customer service.

Great product and helpful backup. Really pleased with final look

The service was perfect, from Hollie in sales to the final installation. The stainless steel & glass balustrades we ordered look absolutely fabulous. We highly recommend WPS handrails if you are looking for good quality balustrades at a reasonable price, with a great service!

I wanted to replace some old decking and am delighted with the results.

Kate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I now have a lovely composite deck and can't think Kate and her colleagues enough.

I reached out to WPS for a replacement ballustrade. They helped me understand what they could provide and checked that I had the information they needed to get the right rail. Their customer service was really good and the end product looks great.

Excellent product, and we are so pleased with the final result. The sales team, in particular Kate, could not have been more helpful and supportive in all our dealings with them.

Great company to deal with did what they said when they said they would with great after sales service

Great service from initial contact to design and delivery, I have no hesitation in recommending WPS.

Very knowledgeable and efficient from the 1st call . Great handrail, well engineered, in fact my 14 yr old son helped install. Speedy delivery and good communication 👍

The process from initial enquiry to ordering and supply was excellent.
We visited the showroom and discussed our project with Katie who was first class with her knowledge and put us at ease with our project.
Due to some planning issues we could not order as quick has we wanted but once these were accepted the process went very smoothly.
Kate was very efficient and took a great interest with our project regarding size of decking and the size of each step to ensure that the glass panel was correct.
I installed the balustrade myself and the guidance given by WPS was first class

I did something I wouldn't normally do with WPS handrails, I went with the option that cost the least. I say that deliberately because "cheap" would not fit. The quality of product is self evident.
In fact everything about WPS screams quality. The ordering process is straightforward, the speed from order to delivery surprised me and in addition, although my order was really quite modest I saved hundreds of pounds on what it would have cost elsewhere.
However all of these good things were surpassed by the customer service which is outstanding.
There was a problem with my order (Totally MY fault) but the level of support I received from Kate and Holly was wonderful.
If you need handrail/balustrade and decking, save yourself some time, forget the research, just call WPS Handrails.

Prompt attention from Adam Rowley secured our order. Very pleased with the quality of our ballustrade and the advice given in choosing the correct specification.

very easy to order with the online tools. quick delivery and very helpful. will be dealing with them again.
