Spend lots of time with the sales assistant we were doing and throwing with design, I have 40 years of the Building experience. I was trying to lead the sales assistant on what my approach would be to achieve. What I was trying to get from a company I thought so once a product turned up the glass was drilled in the wrong location and the Paul coating that I asked for could not put the sleeves over the columns. They suggested that I should use a file which I thought was most unacceptable hence my one Star review.

Hi the service I get from this company is very good. I’ve been dealing with them for quite a few years now. I never had a problem with them the sales team. Are very happy to talk to me They are very chirpy. and the products always arrive when they say they are coming and they have sales is very good. Firstly, the website is very easy to use. The glass and fixing system arrived earlier than we expected, delivered to our door. I would recommend that anyone buying should check the weight and arrange for someone to help, because they are heavy. Beautiful cantilevered glass was installed in a couple of hours. Excellent video to help with any setting-out installation issues.

Really great experience with WPS, dealt with kate throughout our project which is always good being able to speak to the same person. Kate produced some cad drawing ls from my sketches for what was a very tricky setup, time was incredibly tight for us and kate went out of her way to ensure swift delivery and aftercare. One of the components I'd ordered was on a gamble as we had funny angles, when that part didn't work for us kate had the one we needed overnighted so as to not hold up the project. The products are of the highest quality which for my building company is of the utmost importance. Overall an absolutely 5 star experience. Thanks to all at WPS!

Balustrading is far more technical than many people realise. Even a straight run can be affected by imperfections and building tolerances in the surface it is being fixed to.

Ours was a particularly difficult project and did result in some abortive cost, but this was not due to any lack of planning or workmanship by WPS. The original surface-mounted balustrading could not achieve a secure fixing because there was no suitable solid substrate beneath the paving slabs. WPS stopped the installation and developed an alternative solution.

Although the revised option was more expensive, the finished result looks stunning. The installers were excellent and returned three times to ensure every detail was correct and all measurements were completely accurate. The quality of the installation is first class, and it is clear that the team genuinely knows what it is doing.

WPS is not the cheapest option, but ultimately you get what you pay for. I also have every confidence that, should anything need adjusting in the future, the team will return and deal with it.

It was an uphill struggle from the start. Verbal promises of attention were not kept. Some Emails were not answered. My enquiry was not processed. Telephones were mostly not answered and had no out of hours message. Eventually I tried again on their contact form and received an email telling me they were too busy to handle my query until an unknown date in the future. I tried again weeks later for clarification but received no answer. I wrote and abandoned my enquiry, but received no reaction. I have wasted weeks on this company.

I honestly can’t fault WPS Handrails. From my first enquiry right through to the end, the whole team were brilliant.

I had quite a few questions before ordering, but every single one was answered quickly and clearly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help and offer advice, which made the whole process so much easier.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the communication throughout was spot on. It’s rare these days to find a company that’s so responsive and genuinely cares about looking after its customers.

I sent request for quote for balustrades for two wrap around balconies. For the actual materials the quote came very quickly within minutes of the request...so far, very good indeed. The issue is the quote for installation which has been requested a number of times to Kate but despite reminders nothing has been forthcoming. A question was asked about the width of the balcony stand which was immediately responded to with pic showing measurements.

Excellent and helpful, high quality decking. Debs was quick to help us out with a small glitch, and the Customer Service has been fantastic. Highly recommend this company. The Material of the Decking is superior and I am looking forwards to many years of use.

It was excellent service from quote to delivery and after sales was also excellent.
There has been a problem with a handrail ( damaged very slightly)it is being dealt with with no fuss.
I have fitted many glass handrails professionally and with hand on heart I can say these are as good as the best if not the best I have ever fitted, the products are first class.

I spoke with Kate from WPS Handrails regarding a project for a client in a factory in Derby where there was an issue which required a fall arrest system.Kate pointed me in the right direction of what was required in order to satisfy building control. The materials were delivered to site two days prior to fitting. The fitters turned up on time and were very professional.Communications from start to finish were excellent and i cannot recommend them more highly.

WPS Handrails provided the balustrade handrails for our catio. I cannot be more pleased with their service. Everything worked out fine.
