Very poor service
My order was printed incorrectly and upon trying to get this mattter fixed multiple employees did not help me and simply told me it was all my fault. I will be making sure to tell all my friend to never use this business because they will not do justice to their creative ideas take their money and leaving them feeling angry and disappointed.
I would like to add that their reply should be void. I have responded to them and they did nothing other then tell me it was my fault and all they could offer was 25% to reorder. That is simply ridiculous for a mistake they have made. They continue to lie and gaslight their customers.stay far far away

Great Company
They were wonderful to work with. When something didn't look right, they fixed it immediately and sent me an actual picture of the correct wristband. I even paid a little extra to get the inside of the wristband inscribed, which was fun.

Even with a receipt they still claim I'm wrong
It's very unprofessional to disrgard a customer just because you may be having a bad day and want to quickly push me to the side. I was contacted and basically told that my printed reciept for my order did not matter. My reciept clearly has marked that I ordered a 63mm ring and I was told that since I placed a reorder than the matter was solved. Well reoders are meant to be customized and altered to ensure you get exactly what you want. I have provided this information twice and simply told that this is my problem that they executed the order to my specs which is false on all sides. Sam you are not representing the company well.

Easy to build. Quick turn around. I loved the promotion that was going on at the time of my purchase. Buy 100 get 200 free. Worked amazing for us since we are using them to raise money for future services for my dad.

I have yet to receive my items- very disappointed
I have yet to receive my items. This was for a special event and therefore we had nothing.
The zip code was incorrect. It was listed as 22303 and it should be 22203. I submitted an address update to UPS. They said it has to come from the shipper. I contacted you and you told me to submit it. So I've just been going in circles. Sooooo disappointed cause I love the items.
