The customer service is the worst
The customer service is the worst. They got the money, but the response rate was awful. They put my manuscript on my page, but it was not possible to be downloaded. After several email conversation, which lasted more than a week, they sent a notepad-style file in MS word, in which all the tables, figures and citations became disorganized and it was totally a mess. I had to spend a lot of time to make it fixed.
