I have been using the service for two…
I have been using the service for two years, I love it so far, however, I couldn't upload the new document n couldn't get my old documents the entire day today.. i have no clue about what happen with the site , and did not receive any response from the site at all.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the grade you were hoping for. Writesaver only corrects for English fluency, we don't correct content, the structure of your arguments, or factual mistakes, so there was very likely another factor that caused your grade to be less than what you wanted.
There are a number of services that do more comprehensive editing (editing for content, structure of your arguments, factual accuracy, etc.) that we would be happy to recommend to you if you send us an email, but unfortunately all are significantly more expensive (3-5x our price or more), as the work required to make these types of edits is much more intensive and time consuming. Regardless, we hope you have a better experience with us in the future!
