The new back door looks great
The new back door looks great, feels sturdy, and offers excellent security features. Steve the fitter arrived promptly and worked efficiently throughout. He cleaned the area and explained in detail the do's and don'ts when using the door.
Would recommend 1st glass and will definitely use them again!

We have had oil left on our drive from…
We have had oil left on our drive from the van which came to do our windows. Someone has been out to try and get it off and it has made the stain even worse. This company are not taking responsibility for it.
Also there is a hole in the window and they said they would come back and sort it the week after, but nobody has been.
They also cancelled twice before they cam the third time.

The problem we have in this circumstance is that we have had no issues from customers before your install and none after, all using the same van.
As you have stated we then came and put oil cleaner down while you was away on holiday to try rectify the issue even though we believed this wasn't an issue we had created but we was happy to help and try resolve the issue.
Our service call engineer will be in touch shortly regarding the "hole in the window" to get you booked in.

The two guys we had 2 install 2 windows and a door Rob and Richard from Bradford were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond nothing was 2 much trouble would highly recommend these 2 guys when I get my bottom windows done will be asking for these 2 guys again

Two new doors fitted
Communication throughout the whole process was really good via phone calls and messages. Steve the fitter did a great job he was friendly and answered all of our questions, he also made sure that everything was left clean and tidy and the door were gleaming. Thank you would definitely recommend using them to anyone.

Honest yorkshire people no pushy salesmen and a great job…
Amar the sales rep was so down to earth and more importantly there was no pressure what a nice guy reece our fitter such a nice pleasant personality a real family man who spoke about his own family with such love and pride took the same amount of pride in his job fitted my beautiful new front door and left my house spotless thanks recently and thanks 1st glass for sending genuine nice Yorkshire gentlemen to my door .And can I add for me it wasn't the cheapest quote I received im really weird about people coming into my home and on the day of the consultation with amar I had already asked once very pushy salesman to leave he wanted decisions making there and then even after I had told him my partner would like to see first and I was getting other quotes he said could I not make decisions for myself trying to force my hand into making a decision and sign there and then .I didn't get any of that from 1st glass just a genuine guy who said of course I should show my partner and make a joint decision so if your a lady on your own and looking for windows or doors speak to first glass and ask for amar to be the sales rep nice nice guy well done 1st glass will be recommending you again and again .

I can’t thank 1Glass enough for the excellent service we received when they supplied and fitted a new front door at my elderly father’s home in Doncaster.
From start to finish, the whole experience was professional and straightforward, and the new door looks fantastic. The quality of the door and the standard of fitting are excellent, and it has made a real difference to my dad’s home.
I also want to give a special mention to the two fitters, Nassar and Qassim. Not only did they do a great job fitting the door, but during their visit my elderly father unfortunately had a fall. Nassar and Qassim immediately stopped what they were doing and came to his assistance, making sure he was okay and helping him when he needed it.
That level of care and compassion really stood out to me. They could have simply concentrated on the job they were there to do, but instead they took the time to help an elderly customer in a difficult situation. Their kindness and professionalism were very much appreciated.
It’s not often you come across tradespeople who provide a great service and show that level of genuine care for their customers.
A big thank you to 1Glass, Nassar and Qassim for the fantastic door, excellent workmanship and, most importantly, for looking after my dad when he needed help.
Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything went so smoothly
Everything went so smoothly from start to finish with great communication throughout. Super happy with the end result and I've had so many positive comments from neighbours already. (Theyre so jealous 😆) Lee our installer was so professional but friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were confident with the entering and leaving process. He did a really good job. From the initial phone call and sales rep Mo and installing contacts centre, great service and communication.
Fitting was on date agreed and the installer Reece was top class, hard working and a great job. Cleaned up and took all old windows away.

Had a new front door fitted
Had a new front door fitted. I received a few quotes from different places and these were the best price I got quoted. Had plenty of confirmation of appointments and communication was good. Gary and Reece who were the fitters were extremely polite, friendly and respectful. They kept me well informed throughout the fitting and double checked I was happy before proceeding with the fitting of the joins and seals etc. Left the area spotless. I will be getting more work done with these guys.
