Terrible company! I booked a taxi the night before for a very important hospital appointment at 8.30am the following morning. I called in the morning as taxi was 10 minutes late and lady on the phone said taxi will be 7 minutes. 7 minutes went by so I called again and lady said taxi will be 15 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting and missing my hospital appointment, the company then said we have booked a taxi for the following day for you. Was so annoyed and frustrated by this as we had spoken to 3 different people all confirming the taxi was on its way when no taxi even turned up. Will never use this company ever again.

Ordered a taxi for 11.40 to the wolves ground, then had a call at 11.10 saying they would pick me up at 11.25. At 11.27 I had another call to say they wouldn't be picking me up at all and to use another company.

Quoted £50 for a family to get to the airport. On the day, an hour before, checked and they wanted to charge £77. Fobbed off by their 'support'. Says Integrity on their website and wanting to do things right for the customer. This was their error and they won't admit it and rectify the issue. Terrible service. Driver was a good guy though, support were diabolical.

The company could improve by, actually turning up on time majority of the time when the drives accepts the job it could say ‘ 3 minutes away’ but takes them about 15 minutes to even move.
I’ve been late to my appointments a lot of the time with 40 minutes before hand booking a taxi .
Some of them are rude trying to charge more than what the actual taxi is, as I book on the app and it tells you.

Excellent service every time. Always arrive on time and all the drivers are really friendly and helpful but most of all they are all safe drivers. Cars are always extremely clean. Never use anyone else.

booked taxi 3 hours in advance as we had a pre booked arrangement we had to be at, we thought pre booked taxi was the best option it was our first time ringing this company it was 10 mins over the booked time that we received time that the taxi was late the app then said 7 mins then we called them back a driver had not been sent out, we missed our slot we called back to cancel and got attitude that they had found a driver and were annoyed we were cancelling safe to say i wont call these again.

App needs a bit of a update on locations and timing says 2 / 3 minutes away but about 10mins friendly staff but no discount been having 3 to 4 taxis daily 7days a weeks for about 2 to 3 months now would of expected a loyalty discount but none

driver turned up over an hour late, while my family and I waited in the pouring rain. Driver mentioned compensation but when I contacted the compnay by 'phone and e-mail had no reply....absolutely horrible experience
