7-11 brainfreezesupport is useless.
I was almost finished a 25 minute survey
and I got a message that the survey was closed. This is unfair once you start a survey you should be able to finish it.
What a great way to use people and not award points. Shame on you 7-11.

I couldn't believe just now I went to buy a candy bar and gallon of milk for my grandson. They have raised the price of the regular size candy bar to 3.79 with tax that's 4.00 each on top of that a gallon of milk is 8.00. I hope people stop going there.

Never felt like I’ve ever put out a clerk so much before.
I took him away from his phone and he was extremely rude.

I have several employees working for me and if kid worked from my company. He would be out the door.

I have no doubt he was the only person that would work the night shift.
Or perhaps, maybe he was told to do it and he’s taking out his anger on customers

They had a sign saying that they had a double cheeseburger for like 5.99 and a spicy chicken sandwich for 4.99 so I went in 7-Eleven and I asked for the spicy chicken sandwich. She said oh yes, you can get it right here. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. I paid for it then when I got in my car and opened it, all it was was a breaded patty with no ketchup mustard nothing the girl must’ve been new cause I never seen her before, but I’ve definitely rate this one star and this is definitely false advertisement. I need to take it down if you can’t do it, right!

I place en order through the app, they never let me know my order was ready and they cancel the order. now they don’t want to refund me my money. 😡 never going to place another order online again. Ladrones

Do not rent from them, we did for 10 years and had mold and ceiling caving the entire time, they never fixed a thing,the female district manager they had was a total b, every time we called about an issue and she never addressed it,ever!!!

Mega dårlig oplevelse, uhøflig betjening er et meget flot ord for hvad vi oplevede vi blev sprunget over to gange at ung medarbejder da vi skulle bruge mere end to sekunder for at vælge vores bestilling. Samt sygt dårlig oplevelse ps (ville have en spicy taqito) ville aldrig forslå denne 7 eleven og råde dybt til fuld udskift af personale

Jeg fatter simpelthen ikke at denne her seven eleven, lige så snart at det bliver aften, siger alle at der ikke er filterkaffe fordi den skal vaskes af.
Jeg forstår det ikke helt, med tanke på at der er døgnåbent, det hænger ikke sammen.

Good afternoon I visited 7 11 in Norfolk close to Virginia Beach Blvd and Royal Farms gas station. The young man was very dismissive when I was asking about the big gulps. When I said something about his bad attitude then he wants to walk over to me. Mind you terrible attitude never went away. Customer service skills are definitely on zero. 7 11 y'all have to do better when training your employees.

Da jeg ankom med Kombardo expressen fra Bornholm, der mødtes jeg med min bror klokken 11:45 på Københavns busterminal. Efter ankomsten gik vi i den første 7 Eleven butik hvor jeg vil have optankning af mit personlige Basiskort. Det system virker ikke, og så måttte jeg køre med S tog til Hovedbanegården. I butikken på Spor 9 - 10 kunne det heller ikke lade sig gøre. Og butikken i afgangshallen havde det heller ikke.

Til sidst gik vi ind til DSB billetsalg med skrankerne, og fik et svar der lød. Når du har et personligt Basiskort, tanker det automatisk op, og du løber heller ikke tør for penge på rejsen. hvilket er smart system. Hvis du har et anonymt basiskort, skal du selv påfylde penge manuelt i 7-eleven butikker. Men sørg nu for at systemet af optankning fungerer ordenligt på alle jeres butikker så man ikke skal lede efter en anden butik. Hilsen Hjalmar Falk.

Jeg er desværre meget skuffet over 7-Eleven på Aalborg Universitetshospital. Flere af madvarerne ser ud til at have frostskader, hvilket går ud over både smag og kvalitet. Det giver ikke et indtryk af friske varer, og det er ikke, hvad man forventer.

Derudover bestilte jeg deres samosas, men det var en stor skuffelse. Det lignede mest af alt et stykke butterdej med en knivspids fyld. Det havde hverken den smag eller det indhold, man forbinder med en samosa, og det føltes ærligt talt misvisende.

Når man handler på et hospital, forventer man ordentlig kvalitet og mad, der er værd at betale for. Desværre lever denne butik slet ikke op til forventningerne. Jeg håber, de tager kvaliteten af deres mad langt mere seriøst fremover.

7-Eleven owns 'Speedway' stores and this is the second negative occurrence I have had with this poorly run so called convenience store. A few years ago I stopped by the local Speedway to play the state lottery and at that time the clerks Played the numbers for the customer. I stopped in one day around 1 pm and when ask what I wanted I ask to play the lottery. I was told it's lunch time and I will not play your lottery so come back later.

I was the only customer in line and there were no people waiting behind me. I contacted speedway and the Pa lottery and both failed to respond or reprimand the clerk or management. Today 7.26.26 I stopped in to play my lotto cards. The lotto is self service now so you play on your own. I inserted my money and then my play slips and it came back 'out of paper' so no ticket was printed and I was charged $10.00.

I ask for someone to please insert ticket paper so I could get my numbers and waited at least 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. I ask again and a very rude employee came over and opened the machine and inserted a new roll of ticket paper. She did not test it for proper print and walked off. I reinserted my play slip and a blank ticket came out. I went to the counter at the front of the store and advised the machine was not printing and ask for my $10.00 so I could go play elsewhere. I was then told I had to wait and I ask for what did I have to wait. The female who replaced the paper initially said she was not a Pa lottery employee and I would have to call the Pa lotto to get my $10.00.

I became aggravated and demanded my $10.00 when another male employee came over and told me to leave or he would throw me out and I had better leave now. I don't scare nor do I take orders from a smart mouth employee who was not attired properly and his uniform filthy. The female then came over reached in the cash drawer, handed me a $10 and told me to get out and don't come back.

Is this how you operate your business by threatening customers with harm and threats? This will not be excused. I will call in and file a verbal complaint and also a complaint with the Pa lottery. Your employees are supposed to be familiar with all equipment in that store and not make threats and excuses. I suggest you take a very long hard look at your operations and the incompetents you hire. This occurred at the Village drive speedway in Greensburg, Pa. 15601

Ellos charged me for 2 candy bars, we put them back , we tried calling numerous times no one to take, or answer the call , at the 7-eleven on Lindley, I called customer service , Frank said he would send a email to get the info , never did , if you charge a customer for something , return the money 💰 to them , what's owed , due " no excuses " ...Thats the way you do business " ...This is awful business practices " ..🧐👎" ....

Man kan ikke klage over betjeningen hos 7 eleven på Høje Taastrup station.... for der er absolut INGEN....
Man står og venter og bliver bare ignoreret og når man ber om hjælp, får man bare beskeden.... det kan jeg ikke lige nu..... så mine vare satte jeg på plads og gik igen....... total dårlig stil😡
