7-Eleven Avis 

Besøgte 7-eleven på Valby station torsdag d.16-07-26 og skulle have noget koldt til min ven og mig selv..tager 2 x 1/2 Faxe kondi pris kr.45.- sådan er det bare, Men kommer forbi sammen 7-Ele en senere samme dag/aftenen og vil bare have en flaske koldt vand og her ser jeg et lille mærke på ruden hvor der står ta' 3 stk. 1/2 Faxe/Cola for kr 45.- altså betal for 2 men ta' 3 stk. da jeg spørger ekspedienten om mit køb tidligere på dagen og her får jeg at vide at der åbenbart er en konkurrence i forretningen blandt personalet for at se hvem der er bedst til lige at glemme at fortælle kunderne at der altså er 3 stk. for 2 pris..så stort tillykke til den medarbejder der er bedst til det og til DSB jaaa..I har sparet en 1/2 læskedrik men I kommer aldrig til at se mig eller min ven i DSB's 7-eleven igen..er det en "god" forretningen??

7-Eleven makes excuses everytime we try using our 7-Eleven Rewards. We signed up for the 7-11 Allan discount of 50 cents off per gallon supposedly good on 6-7, 6-11, 7-7 and 7-11 only to be rejected everytime! Google states you can use this on multiple vehicles on the same day as long as you don't exceed 25 gallons total but 7-Eleven says it can only be used for 1 car.

I really wanted to write them a zero they don’t answer the phone. I called all three of their numbers and it went straight to voicemail and their store is really dirty.

I went in and got some items, wanted to get a hot dog and didn’t know where all the items were the employee, old with white hair at the store near el toro , acted very condescending and rude to me saying oh it’s right there don’t you see it oh my god there it is oh there you go now open it and oh look you figured it out. Then when I said to take off the drink he said no I saw you drink it when I never ever took a sip from it cause I didn’t pay for it yet. Finally another store employee had to step in and help, he was nice. Overall the encounter with the older employee with white hair felt very racist and sexist and demeaning. My advice for them to improve as a store, is to fire him immediately!

Really disappointed in the staff at this store. We visited and the staff spoke about my friend who dresses androgynous in Hindi, saying they were crazy and expressing how upset they were that my friend used the (gender neutral, public) bathroom. So disrespectful to customers.

Horrible company to work for. My daughter is a GM at a store in Louisville Kentucky and the AC has been out for 3 days and the heat index has been between 105 and 109. She wiĺl not get her bonus because of lost inventory, candy, etc. She has been there 5 plus years before 7 11 took over Speedway and this is not the first time this has happened. She has no control over the AC going out! THERE ARE MULTIPLE STORES IN LOUISVILLE WITHOUT AC. FIX IT! HORRIBLE COMPANY

7-eleven i sjælør st kl 23:24 meget dårlig service

Do not use 7-11 app. I used the app to order a pick up order for tobacco products. I got busy at work and could not pick them up within 2 hours. They cancelled the order but refused to refund the money. I tried to chat with them about it but they refused. They referred to their policy but the policy doesn't exist on the app and when I looked at it on their website, it did not say anything about refusing a refund on these grounds.

Største amatør firma, sidder og bestille mad mm, der sker ikke noget, prøver flere gange, skal selv finde udaf betaling er afvist, selv om alt er ok, verification via pas.

The staff at 7-11 threatened me with charge of paper bag if I did not bring back paper bag ? Kind of a self made law by the owner of a 7-11 in champions gate fl. Not sure if it’s 7-11 policy but extortion for the 0.25 cent bag is worrying ! Can you grab audio and video footage ? Because if you can’t !!!! I will - so remove said idiot asap else I will

I visit a 7-Eleven at 2600 South Saunders St. on 6/24/2026 ant approximately 4:30 pm. one of the employees was very rude. When I walked into the store I had a cup. The Employee started yelling from across the register ma’am. You can’t put anything in that cup. I said that’s fine. He kept yelling something so I went to the register and he said you passed the garbage can and demanded me to throw a cup away before I come any further in the store
Threatening to throw me out the store and call the police all over because I walked in the store with the empty cup Mayu I was coming to the store to buy two Pepsi‘s. I don’t know what type of employees they hire but he needs to be fired because if I would pursue one with him, this could’ve turned out bad there’s no way a customer should be disrespected for walking into the store, minding her business with an empty cup. They need to get a hold of the employees but for something tragic happen up there.

Okay. So the first time I went into my seven eleven and assumed , which was my first mistake, that I was going to purchase what I asked for, by the time I got home , I found out it was wrong. The next time I went in asked for the same product.Got a different salesperson , got the wrong product again. Okay, third, time's gonna be a charm. I'm not moving away from the counter as they try to hurry you out the door until I read everything on the blessed package.

Tyvärr en väldigt tråkig upplevelse idag under VM. Det var ett otroligt dåligt bemötande av en man i medelåldern som jobbade i t centralen under VM finalen. Han sa åt mig att sticka på turkiska när jag bad om en påse. Kan ha förståelse för att det var mycket folk där under kvällen vilket kanske var stressutlösande men tycker inte det är en ursäkt alls för det bemötandet. Man kan neka en kund en påse på ett värdigt sätt. Att man nekar påse är också en tragedi i sig då jag är en betalande kund. Tråkigt rent av. Hoppas man kan tänka på servicen framöver

7 eleven 3230 Orange Avenue 8:35 06/19/2026 the casher was talking with other employee and ignoring me i was getting late to my Job she was so rude when i told her hey i need help and you are talking to other people and ignoring my time instead to apologize she insult me i left everithing and i left

7-Eleven is everywhere in Thailand which is genuinely useful, and this location is no exception. Open 24/7 and covers the basics, so that's something. The hot food section was disappointing though. Items sitting out way too long, buns from the morning still on display late in the evening. Staff were polite but clearly understaffed during busy hours. Three stars because the location and hours are hard to beat. But I've been to much better 7-Elevens just a few blocks away.

I bought the French fries and they were hard as a rock. Over cooked

Butikken i lufthavnen ved gate F4 til F10, hvor man kan sidde ved borde. Kl. 17. Alle bordene var ledige og meget uappetitlige. De var fedtede og fulde af krummer. Øv
Rugbrødsbollen var ok. Hvis man ikke vil drikke sin øl af en dåse, må man give 4 kr for et reklame plast krus fra Tuborg. Ha ha

We visited the 711 by world golf village because we heard they were offering a discount of .50 gal. Josh, the store manager, walked us (old people) through downloading the app and getting an even deeper discount! What a great customer service experience! Not only did we save a lot of money, but we were treated with respect and courtesy! We will definitely be coming back to this store!
