Broken rear view mirror
I left my car with Gatwick ACE Meet and Greet while I was on holiday. Upon collecting my vehicle on my return, I immediately
noticed that the interior rear-view mirror had been broken. The mirror
was in two separate pieces, with part on the dashboard and the mirror
itself on the seat.
The vehicle was in good condition at the time it was handed over to
Ace, and there was no damage to the rear-view mirror at that point. I
did not cause this damage, and it occurred while the vehicle was under
the responsibility of Ace.
Have sent email and not included booking ref etc for obvious reasons.

Would NOT book the additional valet again
I parked my car between 11th & 14th Dec at Gatwick. On departure they offered me a valet service for £34.99 for both inside and out (half the price for just out). On arrival they were late, I walked up to the car to get my key and the driver said let's pay first before the key. I didn't think much of it, paid the £34.99 by card, jumped in the front after a tiring flight and drove home. Outside was clean but it seems all they did inside was hoover the floors (that's not a valet) When I reached home I realised they hadn't done anything else especially in the back, where all the kids crisps and crumbs were still in the chair and they'd left a soaking wet black rag on one of the chairs. None of the surfaces were polished. (I can't find where to upload the pictures, but will add if I can). They should not have charged me for the inside. I feel that he knew, hence why he asked me to pay before giving me my key. It would have been better customer service to say 'sorry we didn't have time to do the inside' & charge me accordingly. I won't book them again.

I have used Ace Parking for years, they are my go to airport parking company. I have never had an issue even when our return flight was 24 hours late. I don’t bother with comparison quotes - trust is everything.
