We cannot fault ACE
We cannot fault ACE staff, they always do what we ask in a short time frame. We regularly ask for a valet prior to collecting our vehicle, the valet finish by the staff is always first class. When parking at Gatwick we park six to ten times per year and always use ACE, we do not use / choose any other supplier.

I have used Ace Meet & Greet for many years and have spent a lot of money on their service.This time I booked through Easy Fund Raising as it stated Ace would make a small donation to my charitable cause (£3.13).Having paid in full they then declined the donation without giving a reason which just goes to show what a greedy company they are.Advertising that they would make a donation just to get you to book with them is wrong which is why they are getting 1 star because it’s all they deserve.

We are disappointed to read your review, particularly as you have used Ace Airport Parking on 16 separate occasions previously, receiving member discounts throughout that time.
To clarify, Easyfundraising operates as a third-party affiliate platform which advertises our services and receives commission for bookings they refer to us. The terms and conditions of the Easyfundraising scheme clearly state that donations are not payable on bookings made by existing members/customers, which is why the donation was declined in this instance. This decision was made in line with the affiliate programme terms and not because Ace Airport Parking was unwilling to contribute £3 to charity.
As a business, we already make our own private charitable donations to multiple causes throughout the year without publicising them, and we reject the suggestion that this situation reflects greed on our part.
We feel a 1-star review for a matter relating to third-party affiliate terms rather than the actual parking service itself is unfair.

BEST MEET AND GREET SERVICE
We have used Ace a few times now! Unlike other companies they are always on site when they say they are going to be! We have never had to wait for a driver either in or out of the airports. The drivers are always polite and friendly and we have never experienced any problems! You don’t even need to give them any notice of arrival! I would highly recommend them - we have used them for Heathrow and Gatwick!
