We have specific criteria for offering insurance policies. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cover if a policyholder has not been a UK resident for a minimum of five years. When you arranged your policy, you declared that you were a UK resident from birth.
As you have not been a UK resident for at least five years, we regrettably must withdraw your insurance cover.

Got a simple quote for van insurance…
Got a simple quote for van insurance from a comparison site. Accepted the quote and paid the initial payment and happy with the rest of the montly insurance payments. Next thing I know I have a finance company hard searching my credit report adding a finance agreement because they are the finance for my van insurance! FINANCE FOR INSURANCE! WTF!? Avoid this scam company at all costs

When a customer chooses to pay for their policy monthly, we arrange a credit agreement. We inform our customers prior to purchasing their policy that the credit provider will conduct a credit search.

poor provider trying to catch you out
requested documents which I sent in 2 goes, claim they only received the first and the following ones were too late (they weren't) so they cancelled the policy and pocketted £150 for the privillage. there's a reason they're cheper then the alternatives.
