When customers purchase their policy online, the quotation is generated based on the information they provide. If a customer enters incorrect details, it may result in an inaccurate quotation.
It's crucial to select the correct driving licence type when buying a policy online. Provisional driving licence holders are placed in different price brackets than inexperienced full driving licence holders.

A really good experience with Choice. Started earning No claims bonus from the point we got the learner driver cover and this transferred over after test was passed. Continued insurance with choice at annual review good cost (as had one year NCB to use) and excellent customer service.

Pleasantly surprised, and very impressed
After having a quote online through one of the comparison websites for my daughter’s Learner car insurance, I was really surprised at how competitive A Choice was - to the point they were A LOT cheaper than the rest. In addition to the cost effective quote, they also remove the excess as well.!
Wanting to confirm all of this, rather than accepting it through the comparison website, I rang A Choice and went through every single detail with the operator, who was very patient and understanding with me. At the end of the conversation, I had increased the level of cover and confidence in A Choice, while keeping the cost the exact same.! Furthermore, I was very pleased the policy could continue to the end of the 12 months (after an additional premium), once my daughter passes her test, providing her first year of No Claims.
Overall, I have been really surprised and pleased with the level of customer service, as well as the policy itself, and would recommend A Choice to anyone.!

Lisa offered a great customer service…
Lisa offered a great customer service experience and was very thorough in providing information and answering my questions. The only reason I gave 3 stars was down to the length of time I had to wait to speak to someone in the first place. Was getting on for 40 minutes. The price was reasonable for my son’s 2nd year of driving and they offer what we think is the best set up for a black box. Thank you.
