Outstanding service
As usual Addison Lee proved themselves completely reliable. The car I booked for a journey turned up on time with a lovely driver. Then when my appointment was over I booked a car for the return journey and the driver ( equally charming) turned up in 10 minutes. I simply cannot recommend Addison Lee more highly. They are wonderful.

Second appalling service incident
This was my second shocking service encounter with Addison Lee in the space of a month, both with regards to transport from a hospital. The app said 6min wait time for a car. I then received a call from Addison Lee saying that it’d be 15min. 20min later, I called the automated service as no driver was assigned. When I tried to cancel, I was told I’d have to pay £21! I called an advisor who supposedly put me through to the driver who said he was there, but I’d had no car or driver details confirmation. I called again, and there was apparently an issue with the previous driver, and a new one was assigned. I did make an initial mistake of putting the South instead of North building on my request, but it’s literally around the corner. From time of initial request to finally getting into a car, was over an hour. I will not be using Addison Lee in a personal capacity again.
