Alhumdulilah the journey was very smooth and the hotel.was suitable in makka.in madina was not happy with the room alhumdulilah 1 phone call to brother zia sorted in no time.we were given another room.transport to mecca and madina was on time alhumdulilah I have no complains. I booked through Aerolinks Umrah package for myself in July 2023, and Talha Khan was great at helping to organise everything.
He was efficient, answered my queries and was available when I contacted him multiple times with different questions.

Me and my husband were planning a last min umrah trip just before Hajj. With so many travel agents available, it was so hard to decide who we can trust. Zia contacted me and we spoke over the phone and discussed our dates and hotels. He gave an excellent package that was reasonably priced. We wanted to make sure everything was included: travel and Ziyarat so we wouldn’t have to worry about organising anything ourselves as we were only going for a week. Zia took care of it all and provided exceptional service. Not once was I worried or had to chase anything up!

Once we arrived in Makkah, we were able to contact our driver and he was there to pick us up at the airport even though we arrived 6 hours late. We were easily able to tell them our days and times for Ziyarats in both Medina and Makkah which was just me and my husband. The travel to medina was in a comfortable car and was a very smooth journey.

I was a bit hesitant at the beginning with booking with this company but I’m so glad as their service was amazing!

Ahmed Riaz was our lead at aerolinks travel, he was quick to respond to any queries at any time of day/night. Found us the best deal for what myself and the wife required. my parents had already booked their package through him, Ahmed was able to book the same Makkah hotel and Medina hotel nearby at very short notice. he was understanding and able to address any issues effectively. We had a great time with the umrah package he set up for us in Ramadan this year and hopefully will be re-booking with him again.
