I went to umrah with Aerolinks Travel Limited. I am very happy with this company. I was no any difficulties on my travel . Alhamdulillah I perform my umrah very peacefully. Hotels are very nice and transport was provide very comfortable.

I contacted a few companies about booking a trip to perform Umrah. Only Hajj and Umrah Experts seemed interested in my enquiry. Mr Zia Mustafa worked quickly to put together a quote for my itinerary and, once I made the final decision to go, he sorted things out for me. My experience and journey were smooth Alhamdulillah. I recommend this company and will most likely use them again.

Aslamoalikum to everyone, I have had a wonderful experience with Aerolinks travel, Mr Nouman who booked my tickets guided me step by step on my First Umrah,Alhmdolilah we were able to complete our journey, I went with my family of 6 Alhmdolilah I felt so comfortable travelling with Emirates and hotel that they recommend and booked for us, makkah and Medina hotel were fantastic very helpful, Mr Nouman also arranged my travel from airport to hotel and then to medina, the cars were very clean and professional drivers. I did take few taxis out side of my travel package they were not nice and they were not clean, but the service that I received over all by Mr Nouman and the Mangment were absolutely fantastic. What can I say? We got the service we paid for. No false promises, no let downs. We did have a small glitch with our ziyarah but this was rectified and we have been compensated for this on our next trip inshaAllah! The experience of a life time was facilitated by Aerolinks to the point that we would definitely recommend them and book with them again. It was my 1st visit to Saudi Arabia for Umrah with my family and I did not know where to start but Mr Ahmed Riaz from Aerolinks Travel organised everything for me i.e. arranged Umrah and tourist visas, hotels in Makkah/Madina, transport from airports to hotels plus Ziarats and flight tickets. Ahmed also shared his experiences and gave me tips. The package was exactly the same as been told or advertised.
NOTE(Personal Experience):
1- Please make sure if you are going with family then try to book hotels near to HARAM in Makkah and Madina, Breakfast should be included in the package as it will help you to survive all day inside Haram(TAWAF and SAHI).
2- Try to book a direct flight as indirect flights(changing 2 plans) make you tired and by the time you reach Makkah, you don't have enough strength to perform Umrah same day and your 1st day will be wasted.
3- EVERTHING is commercialised there and people will try to over charge you for their services,( i.e. haircut, food, taxi, buying dates or anything) so make sure you check few other options before buying anything.
4- Take a backpack/a drawstring Gym Bag with you inside the Haram so you can put you slippers, snacks and scissors to cut hair after SAHI.
5- Wheelchairs are free to use in Haram and you can find them front of Gate 4, try to take and use them yourself, don't take them if anyone will offer you as they will charge you a lot.
6- Same, stools are free in Haram lying around , don't hesitate to take them, those are WAQF for Haram, anyone can use.

Usman organised Umrah trip for 10 members of our family. All the flights and hotels were good and we received grea service from Usman

Visited Saudi, Overall everything was okay, Madina hotel we got to the right hotel but they said it’s not this hotel so we had to go through a lot of stress for like two hours the upsetting part was we was told was to take the luggage somewhere Else it’s not this hotel, no one helped us apart from a cleaner helped us that started working there a day ago room was 6foot by 6foot square just enough for two people and luggage was very disappointing with the hotel. But still zain helped us so much thankyou so much.

Having the issue in Saudi was no fault of aero link travels to be honest with you we was dealt with MR Zain very professionally he directed us from the starting to the end got a good deal, very well spoken very professional…. Mr Zain also arranged for drivers to pick us up from the airport to be taken to the hotels both ways and back to the airport, timing was very great even having problems in Saudi the company still made sure that we got our room… very happy with this company as I used this company for the first time definitely highly recommended. Definitely ask for Zain who will be pleased to deal with you once again. Zain thankyou very much for arranging this beautiful journey for us may Allah shower his blessings on him and the company Ameen .

I booked a tailor-made Umrah package on relatively short notice. Zia was very transparent and honest. Arrangements were made promptly and all relevant documents sent to me ahead of time. During the Umrah trip itself, Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly. I had also pre-booked ground transport which was very professional and prompt. Would definitely recommend the travel agent.

I booked for UMRA with my wife early in September to start on 1/12/2022. My contact person throughout is very a very polite and considerate gentleman called Usman. He speaks professionally and very clear. The initial quote was very competitive using Saudi airline (4 flights). To my surprise, I was advised by Usman that Saudi airline has substantially increased their faire by £510.00. This happened one 5 weeks before departure. I had no other option but to pay the difference. However, I contacted Saudi airline who confirmed recent rise in their fair, and I become certain it was not a fool play by aerolink. Also, 2 weeks before departure the Hotel in medina was changed to Crown Plasza which was equally good at no extra charges. Otherwise, every thing went very smooth with out any problem. The transfer and Zeyarat were super efficient and we had no problems. There was no problems accepting the Hotel Vouchers (I had horrendous problem on previous booking with other agency). Usman was really supportive and went at length to explain things clearly.
One comment I want add. When I did the booking we chose to fly from Jeddah to Medina and back. I did know at the time that there is an alternative of high speed train from Jaddah to Makka and Medina link.As I thinks this far more convenient I than air travel, feel it should havee been mentioned by Usman at the time of booking.

In any case the sevice we had is really excellent and I will not hesitate to use him for next Umra and Haj Inshallah. I am recommending him to my fiends and relatives.
