Excelente service. The test arrived before I cam home. I was able to send the test straight away and the confirmation came a few hours later. Very impressive

Easy ordering and quick delivery of test set
Unfortunately between ordering and testing rules changed, so had to order a PCR somewhere else to follow rules. But ordering and shipping was excellent, so very happy with what Aeromedical provided.

Cancelled trip
We purchased lateral flow tests ready for a trip to Poland at the beginning of December. The COVID/travel rulings changed and we were unable to go. Aeromedical refunded our money with no arguement.

Good prices, quick delivery
Good prices on lateral flow test, day 2.
Arrived quick on time.
It works for what it is meant to do.
I just feel the process has lack of compliance. Maybe a video call to supervise sample taken, and put it on the lateral flow to avoid people "tricking" results. Sending just a picture does not look very safe for me. Otherwise, everything really good, I recommend it.
