Not fit for purpose
Booked a lateral flow test for the day 2 test needed on return to the UK in November 2021.
The test arrived on time, and was very similar to the NHS lateral flow tests (same brand). However, there was no followup (by text or email), and they sent no link to report the test results or scan the test QR code. The test was negative, but only I know that.
Not fit for purpose, unless that purpose is to have a test code so you can complete the PLF.

Don’t use this company
Purchased lateral tests to take with us for the fit to fly back from lanzorote. Half way through the holiday they messaged us to say they had cancelled the two £15 kits and after ‘admin’ charges gave us £6 back. No explanation or reason why given.
We then had to sort out tests at the resort with cost €60.

Have used this company twice for lateral flow Day 2 tests. Cost was cheap, order arrived on time and process to test and record results was simple. Happy to recommend.

Everything went smoothly until I…
Everything went smoothly until I attended for the actual test when I was asked for all sorts of information - passport number etc that was on the pro forma when I ordered the test. This came as a bit of a shock but the person dealing with my test was very helpful indeed and that recovered the situation.

Efficient service
The customer service team were quick to respond and really helpful. During these uncertain and changing times they did put our mind to ease and we’re up to date with all the new developments re: tests changes. They also offered a partial refund as we could no longer use the lateral flow tests for day 2 but instead advised we could use it for the pre-departure test-which we did and the certificate came within minutes. Thank you again

Day 2 Antigen Test Kit
The Day 2 Antigen Test Kit was waiting for me when I arrived in the UK (I ordered it 48 hrs before I started my journey). The kit was easy to use with clear instructions. I posted everything back and got confirmation of my negative test status within 24hrs. Great service! Thank you.

Easy test to do, my one and only concern was the length of time it took to receive the test, and the fact that possible delivery issues were NOT clearly explained. I have since been advising people to buy the test at least 5 days in advance of use requirement so that they have it in time.

Covid rules changed whilst we were on holiday in November so we were able to purchase LFD kits to have sent to our home for our day 2 test. On our return they had been delivered. Easy and quick to use to use.
