I spent five years of treatment every eight weeks for £250 to get a tattoo removal unbelievable I was told I only needed 5 treatments of Picosure not even started on the false advertising and the unnecessary treatment and I’m still left with a scar on my face by my eye because in her words I signed the consent form just be careful because she scared my face through negligence and please don’t be fooled by her Rodney Street address and just be aware of the scaring left after tattoo removal it literally burns the skin and leaves a scar that was just a picture she took for her waiting room before it did any damage

I had a large mole removed by Holly and I am extremely pleased with the final results Because of the size of the mole it required multiple cryotherapy treatments over a longer period than initially expected. Rather than falling off after the first treatment it gradually reduced in size with each session. I appreciated Hollys honest approach throughout the process, explained what to expect at each stage with excellent aftercare advice she was committed to achieving the best possible outcome rather than rushing the treatment.
It’s best knowing that larger moles may require patience and several treatments but in my case the gradual approach was absolutely worth while. The procedure itself was far easier than I expected it was virtually painless with only minimal discomfort that lasted a few seconds. The care, professionalism and persistence shown throughout were excellent I am delighted with the final results . I would highly recommend Holly in a heartbeat to anyone considering treatment.

When I first went to see her, I was feeling quite down about the changes I was seeing in my face as I was getting older. I essentially told her I wanted everything! What impressed me immediately was that, rather than simply agreeing and carrying out multiple treatments, Michelle was incredibly considered and conservative in her approach. She wanted to start carefully, see how my face responded and build from there. I found that level of honesty and integrity genuinely refreshing, particularly in an industry where it would have been very easy to simply say yes to everything I was asking for.

I had Botox and Sculptra, and the results have gone beyond anything I expected. I am absolutely delighted. The difference is noticeable, but still natural, and I feel so much better and more confident in myself.

I have had Botox at various other clinics over the years and, in my experience, nowhere compares to Michelle. I’m so thrilled with my Sculptra treatment by Michelle. I am 59 and my skin has never been more glowing and lifted. It’s been 2 years since my initial treatment but went back for some maintenance and a lip tweak to correct my facial asymmetry. I recently had the Ultherapy around my eyes an my Botox done in the same day. I wasn’t expecting results so quickly as it says it can take up to 12 weeks. Wow! My eyes already look so much better after a few days! I cannot recommend enough! They truly are the leader in the aesthetics field, I cannot recommend enough!

I went to Michelle after years of frustration, trauma, and negligence from Bell’s Palsy and Synkinesis. It left me carrying a huge psychological burden that affected every aspect of my life and felt like an isolating, never‑ending battle. I had experienced poorly executed Botox and completely untailored treatment, which left me feeling hopeless and unable to trust anyone.

That all changed when I met Michelle. It’s safe to say I’ve finally found the safe hands I had been searching for. After four rounds of EmFace and carefully planned, strategic Botox, a great deal of my asymmetry has been corrected and, most importantly, my confidence has started to return. More recently, we also subtly balanced my lips to correct some of the asymmetry, a small adjustment that has made a surprisingly big difference in how I feel. My eye looks wider and more open, my eyebrows are level, my smile appears far less wonky, and the tension in my chin and dimple is gone. To someone without this condition, these changes may sound minimal, but to someone living with it, they are huge and noticeable every day, whether in photos or in the mirror.

After years of carrying the emotional weight of this condition, this care has brought real relief. I had lip filler with Michelle and OMG!!! We dissolved my previous filler first to start fresh and I did not think my lips could ever look like this!! I’ve been coming to the clinic for over a year now for treatment to help with my facial asymmetry, and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. Michelle truly specialises in this field and is the best at what she does. I recently had my Botox top-up along with an Emface treatment, and as always, the experience was exceptional. Michelle is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional — she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout every appointment. I travel a long distance and stay overnight just to see her, but it’s absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.

Michelle has been treating my long term facial asymmetry due to Bell’s palsy and she recently introduced me to EMFACE, I was nervous at first but I’m so glad she persuaded me to have it done and after 4 sessions the results are amazing, my face feels so much more relaxed and a synkinesis issue with my eye is almost non existent now. I couldn’t recommend this any higher, the process doesn’t hurt and my face currently looks the best it has for years, all currently without any Botox.

In April 2024, I was diagnosed with suspected Guillain Barre syndrome which caused bilateral facial palsy. As a result of this, I was unable to close my eyes, move my forehead, have control of lip movements and show any facial expression. This has had a huge impact on my confidence, self esteem and mental health. Over time, I have slowly gained slight movement back and am able to close my eyes and move my cheeks. My biggest concern has been that I have lost my smile. I hate having any photos taken as I am so conscious that I look like I am crying everytime I smile. I just didn’t know where to go to help any help. I spoke to a colleague in work who recommended Michelle at Aesthetically you as she specialises in facial palsy. I booked a consultation in at the beginning of August and from the moment I stepped into her room I felt understood. She explained her background and what her dreams are for supporting people with facial palsy. I couldn’t believe I finally found somewhere I felt could help. She explained that there is no guarantee with my treatment as every case of facial palsy is different. She recommended a session on EMFACE to see the impact. I booked in for a session for following week (12th August).
On the day of the session, Michelle took some photos in her room before I started. I was then taken to another room where I had a facial massage to cleanse the skin before we started. Every step of the process was explained clearly to me and they checked regularly that I was comfortable. To be honest, I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed. After the session, photos were taken again. We noticed very slight movement in my right eyebrow and the apples of my cheeks were much sharper. We decided to book another session to see if we could make more progress.
Unfortunately at the time, the clinic was closing for 2 weeks so I couldn’t book in again until today (3rd September). Over the couple of weeks since having EMFACE, I have noticed I feel more relaxed in my face when I try to smile. It feels less forced and a more natural movement. I also have a small amount more confidence in myself. My family have commented that they have noticed changes in my face.
Obviously at the time 2 and a bit weeks felt like forever to wait for my next session, however this was not a bad thing. Michelle started the session again with photos and straight away I felt different and she could see I was holding my face more naturally when I smiled. My eyes were more open, my chin was not pebbling and straining to smile. I have had my 2nd session today and feel even more relaxed. My top lip is pulling less to one side as I smile and I just feel so much more natural when I do it. As a result, we have decided to wait another 2 weeks before my next session to see if there is even more progress. I can’t thank Michelle enough for everything she has done and all the work she is doing to support people with facial palsy. It is such an unknown and complex condition. There is certainly not enough information about it and treatment plans to help those who need it. I could not recommend the clinic anymore from the way the staff make you feel, to the explanations given during treatment. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait for my next session!

I came to Aesthetically You for my first time ever trying Botox and tear-trough filler for crows feet and eye bags. For context I am female, 31 years of age. The results have honestly been life-changing! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for future treatments now that I’ve been here. The clinic is beautiful and a very professional environment. The girls that work there are lovely too. I would 100% recommend this clinic and booking a consultation with Michelle to discuss treatments if you are unsure what to go for.

I recently visited clinic to have Botox and Filler with the wonderful Michelle. Wow what an experience, I was very nervous and Michelle made me feel so calm and suggested the tweakments I needed. The treatment was so smooth, relatively pain free and instant results, particularly with the tear trough filler. Something I wish I had done sooner. I feel so much more youthful.
