In this day and age
In this day and age, I ought to be able to make an online purchase for delivery in the UK with a non-UK credit card. Because your system does not permit this, my order for oven mitts was canceled. To add insult to injury, due to a change in the foreign exchange rate, the amount I was initially charged was more than what was credited so I received no product and lost money.

Disappointing anodised roaster tins
First, I’d like to say thank you to the customer sales people who have been very helpful in trying to get me a roaster tin that doesn’t have manufacturing faults or dings in the protective coating through to bare metal. Hence my 3 stars and not 1 star rating.
However, three tins later, I’m highly disappointed as these items are not up to Aga’s usual high quality standards by any stretch, and have asked for a refund.
I do not recommend these roaster tins at all.

The packaging was appalling
The packaging was appalling. The items were squashed into a package that was too small and had been sealed with brown parcel tape as the bag had split.
The address label was also coming away.

Fantastic experience!
I attended an Aga demonstration at Knutsford with Alison, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m now looking forward to using my Aga when installed. I bought some essential items which I have not yet unpacked. The customer service I received from Alison and the rest of the team was absolutely superb.

Not happy with the kettle
Not happy with the kettle. It is VERY heavy before any water in there - the whistle works only intermittently and the base is much bigger than my previous Aga kettle. So, all in all, I wish I’d stuck with my clapped out 20 year old kettle which worked better albeit looked a bit ‘tired’ and shabby.
