Great service from all staff
Easy to deal with the only bad thing is the postcode listed takes you to the wrong entrance I went wrong the first time I used the service second time I knew where to go

Great location, quick transfers, smooth service

They have the wrong post code on their paperwork. Did not tell me on the return that it was for more companies, I got off on the wrong side of the car park and had to walk 15 mins.

Used a few times and really impressed with the service, this time I used the premium site, 5 minute walk to holiday inn, 12 minute walk to the Airport, simply great.
Good value and make things easier, can't fault a thing.

The car park is easy to find, and it’s just like parking your car in a car park with keeping your keys all the time. The transport to and from the airport is very regular. And all staff are very friendly and courteous. So all in all very pleased with the service.

Great parking, quick bus shuttle drive to the airport (around 10 min). We had a late night return flight and the driver picked my phone call straight away, no waiting. However the post code took me to the wrong location so be vigilant as I wasted 20 min to find it.

Easy to book, helpful on arrival

Straightforward parking process and efficient transfers to the airport. The key aspect in our case was "above and beyond" customer service. Without going into specifics here, we were left in a lurch thanks to the airline but Issa, Pat and the rest of the team were very considerate and helpful in dealing with the problem.

Easy to book, easy to park, and very fair price, the transfer to the airport was smooth as a Sunday morning, on my return I was picked up at 3am at the airport bay, didn’t have to wait at all, called the Luton park office after passing customs and when arrived to the waiting area the van 🚐 was already there waiting for me,

Very close to the airport. Slight issue on the return, with the bus not clear where it is stopping and having to shout to stop near the correct bay.

Fantastic service, bus was there when we parked and on arrival after landing. Makes travelling that much easier

Easy to find, shuttle runs regularly

Great location, Great Price and busses continuously running to and from the airport.
However it would of helped if the driver had assisted with putting the suitcases in the back on the minibus instead of watching the passengers struggle, the bus was full and when we asked for the air-con to be put on as it was roasting in the bus as it was august we were told it’s not worth putting it on as it’s only a 5 min journey, so it made the 5 min transfer uncomfortably.
Apart from that it’s a great service that I’ve used several times before and will definitely use again. 👍

Flight was cancelled so we collected the cars immediately.
A member of staff implied we would get at least some level of refund but the company avoided anything at all.

Simple friendly service. Called their number 40 mins before arrival. Realized I'd auto filled the wrong number plate but they changed it no issue. Just drive up to level 3 of car park 1, park, hand over the keys and that's it + simple pick up coming home.
