Excellent service
We use all the time

Really straightforward- directions worked perfectly (unlike my last experience with Purple Parking), parking was easy, immediate pickup to terminal.
When we returned the bus was waiting and left very quickly, 4 mins to car park and car was exactly as we had left it. No fault with this service.

Really poor
If you pre-book parking on arrival 50% of the time the automatic barrier doesn't open.
Calling the attendant doesn't help.
They demand that you take a ticket even if you have a booking reference and can see a payment has already been taken.
Customer service just push you around if it looks like a refund is due.
Now going to the credit card company for a change back.
Parking a Luton airport should not be run by these people.
My experience is over 7 flights so not just a single trip

Compared to Stansted valet parking this service falls well short. Little space to park car, unprofessional feel, several arrival points to hand over keys people queuing in the wrong grotty little stands because of this. I will use standard parking next time. By the time you've gone through this cumbersome process you may have just used the standard service.

We have used this carpark twice a year for approximately the last four years.
Always the best price, better if you book early and you keep your keys.
Our recent stay was probably the best. The staff helped load and unload our heavy cases in and out of bus. Drivers were very pleasant,and sociable. Despite our flight delay arriving at midnight and we had a giggle with the young and the older gents.
One on them was heading camping the next day, hopefully he made it.
Happy customer this year.

Always use this site as the transfers are very regular and it only takes minutes to get to the terminal.

I made a mistake with the time, instead of putting pm, I put am and thus i incurred a £30 charge, which i thought was very harsh.

Good service a little hard to find the entrance late at night
