Well the tables are nice some of the…
Well the tables are nice some of the locking runners for the legs are the wrong way round. So unfolding and folding is a bit awkward.
The delivery was not great it took over 8 weeks to get delivered and the days it was supposed to be went on with days it was supposed to be delivered and finally got them. Now all set up.

Regarding delivery, I can see from our records that your order was delivered within 14 working days, compared to the estimated 7–10 working days. Misleading pricing. Delivery charge posted as £9.95 yet charge nearly double at check-out. Informed Customer Services (Jemma) - who claimed mailing was £14.95 yet check-out was £17.95.
Ad with misleading pricing remains on-line.

As per email to Jemma several days ago - Google "Pallet Legs" - the image with delivery charge is clear. Clicking on the ad goes to AJProducts site. Despite being advised, AJProducts didn't correct the ad - rather shady practices am sure you would agree.

Our delivery charge is clearly stated on our website as £14.95 excluding VAT for all orders under £1,000. We are therefore concerned to hear that you may have seen a different price advertised.
At checkout, VAT is applied, which brings the total delivery cost to £17.95. This is standard and is shown before payment is completed.
We would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot or details of where you saw the £9.95 charge advertised, as this is not a current price shown on our website. We will then investigate this promptly.

The item supplied was faulty (Hawtrey Key Cabinet) and the communication from AJ Products was pretty much non existent unless we chased.
Item is now being collected and a full refund to be received.

I can see that your delivery took longer than expected, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. I will be raising this with our transport company to investigate, as we aim to deliver within 7–10 working days and unfortunately this delivery did not meet that time-frame.
Traumatic delivery experience
I was unable to complete the order online so rang the office to place it. It became apparent during this conversation that I would have to pay for the whole order up front before they would accept it. Thats fine, I had orderd from them before. Then I was advised that the stock would be leaving Sweden on 2 April so my delivery would be shortly after that. This is for 160 chairs so I needed to know when they were coming to get the old ones out of the way, and arrange physical help to get them in the building. By 8 April I had had no contact so I emailed to check what was happening, I was told "The goods are with our transport Pallex who will contact you 09/04 to arrange delivery"
I had no contact on 9 April. On 10 April I received a copy of the invoice, with no explanation, so I replied to that asking when I could expect delivery. I was emailed within the hour that delivery was arranged for Weds 15 April (no consultation with me!) and the carrier would be in touch nearer the day to arrange ETA. We therefore arranged to dispose of our old chairs in order to make space for the arrival. We also arranged a team of volunteers to come and help get the chairs unpacked and in position in the building. Imagine how dismayed we were when, on ringing to find out the delivery time, we were told that it would "probably be tomorrow". We had to rearrange everything and then the next morning were told again, it might not be today. We had 2 parties booked for the weekend and people need to sit on something! Stern words were had and we were eventually promised delivery on Thursday 16 April before 4pm. the driver arrived at ten to 4 and our team helped him unload; he was single-handed so we would never have coped if we hadnt had our team there. To say we were disappointed with the delivery aspect is a major understatement as you can imagine.

Pleased with item purchased
Pleased with item purchased, even though it took a long time to deliver it. Along with the aluminium box, I also purchased a padlock, as the description of the box said the padlock could provide extra protection. When the box arrived, I was disappointed to see that the only way a padlock could be used was to fit a clasp myself. This could have been made clearer in the item description.
